Elizabeth Colston or anyone else at your law firm, Please refrain from  sending me letters from your Law Firm unless you can  furnish physical proof  what laws I'm breaking and  specifically what part of my lease agreement that I'm violating for leaving a true review of my experience with a Greystar property Everleigh Duluth 55 Plus Apartment's property in Duluth,Georgia this includes staff they are associated the property. There is no Georgia law that says it's illegal to record in a public place,as far as your letter stating I was following someone,  that accusation is not  true.  For safety reasons I was recording  according to Georgia law it's not illegal to record in a public place. As for Christiana Fulps threatened to pull me out of my Mobility Wheelchair everytime it was my turn, this really happened, and I can  furnish witnesses. For you to make mention that I was yelling at the residents and staff is hearsay and an attack of my character.  I'm a Disabled Veteran who suffered a service connection chronic PTSD it's common for me to have a  panic attacks from being provoked   into a trigger, if a staff or resident confuses  that to misbehaving they need training as a whole concerning PTSD. I have been a resident at Greystar's property Everleigh Duluth  55 Plus Apartmentsince January 25, 2022, towards the end of my 1st year lease, I received numerous of correspondences asking to renew my lease, which I did in March 2023, before I signed the lease asked the Assistant Manager numerous of times was I a problem and was I great tenant and her reply that I wasn't a problem and that I was a great tenant and things were going to get better, so I signed the lease. When my 2 Service Dogs and I  are being mistreated, I always report it to Greystar Corp Management and Everleigh Duluth 55 Plus Apartments Management they don't do nothing to stop but harrass me themselves and encourages other residents to do the same. Do they really want to go to court? I don't have a problem going to court, I  have loads of evidence and witnesses. If any further letter come to me from your without providing the proof mention above,  this will be considered harassment the next letter to you will be from my Attorney. Further more, I'll be filing complaints against your law firm to the following regulators: BBB, Attorney General, FTC, CFPB and Georgia State Bar Association.

I was just sent a cease and desist letter after a rental application was approved and then declined by a property that this firm represents. Cease and desist what? I’ve not done anything… yet… I will be filing a rental discrimination lawsuit and complaint with the housing authority. Your threatening letter does not intimidate me. In this day and age you’d think racial discrimination wouldn’t exist… unfortunately it does. Please save your threats and energy for a court of law.

I spoke with Mike Williams in regards to his horrible client Greystar management. He took my contact number and stated he was going to give Greystar a call and still to this day no response. My next course of action is filing a formal complaint with the bar association.
