He was taking an extremely long time to take care of something that should only have taken a couple of days. It was an excuse after an excuse and nothing was done. He told me that he did a rough draft but I never saw it and when I asked for it it never appeared. He held up the lawsuit for 6 to 8 months and absolutely did nothing.
