US Tax Shield

Is the worst place to get your taxes done. With a whole bunch of fried peoples just asking for your money.. and not help you to get your taxes done . Well they still have the money for 2021 taxes and never came to a resolution to help me. But yeah they did called me every week asking for money but once they get paid.. they don't care for you . IRS now charging me penalty for not having my taxes done for 2021.. and is 2022.. and all they said ohh we revived it.. this is obviously a scam. Please go look for real professional help for your taxes.. not this clown as people They just drag you along and keep asking for money and all your interest with the IRS keeps piling up. Now I owe the irs civil penalty for not having my taxes done on time.. and this clown called me yesterday to get the 2022 done.. when they haven't finish my 2021.. and they refuse to pay me back. Yo don't want this guys to help you with the IRS. Trust me.. this people are very unprofessional and all they want is money.. sound like a perfect SCAM to me. Thank you.

My experience with US Tax Shield has been great! They took the stress away from having to deal with the IRS. They kept me informed throughout the entire process which lasted about 9 months. I recommend anyone having difficulties with back taxes to contact US Tax Shield. It is worth every cent.

The worst experience I have ever had. When it comes to back taxes and the IRS you need a company that will be helpful and quick about it. They took 7 years to handle my case and pretty much just ignored me in the end. Had to absolutely raise hell with upper management, which was even very unprofessional themselves. But then it magically took them one day to get my entire case all figured out and settled. They just drag you along and keep asking for money and all your interest with the IRS keeps piling up. Trust me you DO NOT want to use these guys!!!

STAY AWAY from US Tax Shield!!! They are a scam and will tell you things they have no clue about. Like weather or not your particular state will reduce interest and penalties. They told us to agree to our state's calculated monthly tax pay off amount and that it was a generic computer generated amount. We asked the 3 times before agreeing to the state's amount and were told that it would and could be adjusted from $1,236.00 to $1,000.00 well we agreed to the states amount. The very next day they said we are sorry we thought the amount could be changed. I could go on and on about things we were told then told we are sorry for all the inconsistencies and that you were given wrong information! They will have a gal call you who will try and smooth things over with you at the same time tell you what an ethical company US Tax Shield is. They cost us more than they helped us. We disputed their charges and instead of bowing out gracefully and doing the right thing and giving us our money back they produced what they claimed they did for us and stuck us with a bill that they hadn't earned at all. I waited till now to post a review to see if they would do the right thing and refund us the money. Well this post proves that the money is more important than doing the right thing!

We are dissatisfied with the level of service we have received from this firm. We hired US tax Shield over a year ago to help us with payroll tax issues with our business. We paid them $29,000 as a fee for this service. We have reached out on at least 10 occasions in this period requesting a status update on our case. Each time we were told that they were waiting on a revenue officer to be assigned. In the meantime, we have submitted volumes of paper and documents which have had to be updates multiple times due to the time lapse. Finally, a revenue officer was assigned and requested more paperwork. When the revenue officer visited us, she did not have all of the paperwork needed as US Tax Shield had not sent it to her in a timely manner. Also, US tax shield did not even send a representative to our meeting, only "audited" the meeting via phone.If the attorney spoke 10 word the entire time, it would be generous. I have asked multiple times for US Tax Shield to provide me with a list of what exactly they were doing for our $29,000 as nowhere in this process have I seen the value whatsoever. During all of this waiting and in activity the IRS actually filed a tax lien on us....where was US Tax Shield during all of this? Isn't that why we hired an attorney for such an outrageous sum? I called repeatedly with complaints and spoke with Audrina before my IRS meeting. After putting their heads together, they came up with the awesome strategy of "you should get a loan to pay your tax debt" SERIOUSLY??? We paid $29,000 for them to ignore us for a year and then their big plan is "go get a loan"???? I think we would have done that if we could, and since they were not helping us while retained, we now have a lien which makes getting a loan totally impossible. I have asked US TAx shield for an accounting of what they have done for us (in our eyes, they have done NOTHING). They have missed their deadline for providing this information, which leads us to believe the cannot conjure up anything that they have done which warrants such a fee. At this point, we want a refund and we will handle this matter on our own. At least we know we will keep our deadlines with the IRS and not have to spend all of this frustrating time on the phone with US tax shield to ask what they are doing for our money....we know that have have not done one thing for us. UPDATE 2/28/18: They are now calling and harassing me. They said that since I have ruined the business relationship by posting a bad review, that the accounting department has decided to give me a ZERO refund. The mysterious accounting department also refuses to get on the phone with me. They only allow their master manipulator Adrinah make the harassing phone calls. They initially offered me $6000 refund on $29,000 refund requested. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. UPDATE: Now they send us a refund check for $6000 and are expecting us to sign it and go away. Not happening, we want a full refund.
