Based on available information, particularly customer reviews, it's important for prospective clients to consider a range of experiences. One detailed review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the firm's handling of a personal injury case. This client, who was located out of state, reported a lack of focus on their case, frequent changes in legal clerks, difficulties in communication, and delays in the case's resolution. The review mentions a settlement significantly lower than initially anticipated and the firm forfeiting their fees, seemingly acknowledging shortcomings in their representation. This account highlights potential challenges in communication, case management, and the level of attention provided, especially for out-of-state clients.
In contrast, another review offers a positive perspective, specifically mentioning attorney Matt O'Herron. This client describes him as compassionate and caring, going "the extra mile" and providing assistance beyond the lawsuit itself, including advice and referrals related to lingering disability symptoms. This feedback suggests that the experiences with individual attorneys within the firm can vary significantly, and some clients have found their representation to be highly supportive and helpful.
Considering these contrasting experiences, potential clients should approach Turbitt, Leach & Crum, PLLC with a balanced perspective. Never really focused on my case as I was out of state. Accident happen Dec 2014 and was finally settled Dec 2023 via arbitration. Was set for 100k only awarded 20k. Lawyers did not take their portion as to how long case took. Personally I believe they dropped the ball and didn’t focus on my case at all. Did not take their portion of settlement as they knew they didn’t do their job and was a disservice to me. Went through 4 different legal clerks, had to send all emails / documents to there office 4 times as they had no records of emails I had sent concerning medical appointments and bills. Had to call multiple times as never would return calls. It was always a task to get a hold of my lawyer. Always had excuses as to my case not being worked on to get settled; trying to get answers from insurance company and their lawyers, COVID, people leaving firm, or terminated, one of their partners having a heart attack. It was one thing after another with this law firm in trying to get my case settled. I would not recommend their law firm to anyone. Took ten years to get case settled and didn’t win my case as they said they would. I had to go get letters from my doctors. I had to do all the leg work for my lawyers and they didn’t properly represent me as far as I am concerned. As I said out of pity they forfeited their salary as they knew they did not do their job. Poor representation of a law firm.
Matt O'Herron was such a compassionate and caring lawyer. He always went the extra mile to help me out above and beyond the lawsuit. THANKS for all assistance and advice with this case as well as your suggestions and referrals with regards to my lingering disability symptoms caused by this accident.
No communication and unwilling to schedule consult in the future. Were all busy I do understand this, but I wasted 6 weeks thinking I was going to have an opportunity to provide my case. Two stars because the lawyer finally decided to talk to me on the phone as he "ran out for a deposition".
Best law firm hardworking staff very cooperative and competent definately recommended kevin and Rommey did my case and succeeded 😊
