So I called this law firm about a potential pregnancy discrimination case (for my fiancee) and on the first time calling someone by the name of Katie picked up. I'm assuming she must be a case intake specialist or a secretary as she said she would give us a call back the next day which she did. So she calls the next day and takes all the details of the potential case. She had so much energy and was very charismatic and even told us to not to quit because my fiancee would be losing all of her rights. We basically were convinced that they would be taking the case and she told us we'd be getting a call back within 48 hours. Katie gave us her personal phone number just in case we had any questions. So she took our first call on October 29th and it is now November 7th and we received no call back. We have called EVERYDAY since and no one picks up the phone at the firm or her personal numbers. She may have even blocked us because now her phone goes straight to voicemail. ALL WE WANTED WAS CLARITY wether they decided to take the case or not. This was HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE! They talk a good game but if there's no case they might never call you back or might screen your calls. Edit: We weren't just "eager", we were on a time crunch since she was advised to continue calling out until you would respond back so we can "draft up a resignation letter that would contain demands". We were also told that there would be a response from 24 to 48 hours and not a week. Katie was amazing to talk to but we couldn't understand why we texted her directly and called her, called the office and never heard from her nor had anyone at the office pick up either. Wether there was a case or not surely picking up the phone or a response back wouldn't be too much to ask. In the end it doesn't mean much to give your office a call anymore since she sent in the resignation letter. I'm sure you must've picked up the phone for all of your 200 5 star reviews but you dropped the ball with this couple that needed you.
