The thought of going through bankruptcy was overwhelming and I was so lost on where to start. I am so blessed I found them. They were so understanding and supportive throughout my entire process. Todd and his staff were so kind to me..Im so thankful they helped me overcome this difficult time in my life and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for the right support!
I had a great experience when working with this law firm. Everyone is always so helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions, they made me feel extremely comfortable while going through the bankruptcy process. Even though it should have been an extremely stressful time, everyone made the process super easy for me. 10/10 recommend them for anyone going through bankruptcy.
This company from the start made me feel comfortable and never ashamed with this process. I am truly thankful for the entire team, but I have to give a huge shoutout to both Nina and Todd for showing empathy to me during a time in need. Highly recommend., and thank you!
I am not sure how this process works and at first I was assured that we would be taken care of that we would get help every step of the way. It hasn't been so. I have called several times without getting called back. Some of the questions on my emails go unanswered. I have been told that "I don't have time to do this for you" via email... so I missed an over the phone appt I had requested being that my phone hot gotten stolen. I call in the moment I get another phone and call in the Receptionist placed me on hold 3 different times with out as much as an " let me place you on hold or can I have a minute" when I brought it up to her, her excuse was " we are understaffed" right that doesn't excuse how rude she was, when I tried to explain that I only have Wednesdays off so that's the best days for my appointments she sighted with frustration and stated she would transfer me to Sue's voice mail. So if you are not in a hurry to get your process started and have time to go at their speed this is the place for you. If you like the feeling of being unimportant and constantly being placed on the back burner and like the feeling of disrespect from a Receptionist then yeah this is the company for you! To my surprise I got an email in regards to my call. I will let all of you judge foe yourselfs as if they have good customer service or not. This is the email I got from Donna Smith ( mind you no follow up on her end to get my side of the story) Dear Jesus and Perla, You called our office to reschedule the appointment you did not show up for yesterday. Our receptionist, Amy, informed me that she had to put you on hold two times as other calls were coming into the office, as is our standard operating procedure. Amy further informed me that Perla was very unhappy that she was put on hold and told Amy that she should be fired, was incapable of doing her job, and that Perla would leave a bad Yelp review due to her interaction with Amy. We do not tolerate our staff being treated in this manner, especially her being told that they should be fired and was incapable of doing her job by following our office procedures. While it sounds like you may have had a bad day which is what led to you missing your scheduled appointment, your misfortune should not be taken out on our office staff. If this was a one-time outburst due to the stress of the day, then perhaps we can move beyond it. If this is how you deal with situations you are displeased with, then I invite you to find another office to work with for your bankruptcy. A Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a 3-5 year relationship and if either side is disgruntled this early in the relationship, then maybe we are not a good match. Our goal is to have a successful case; part of having a successful case is both parties treating each other with respect. The respect was not apparent today. Please review this email and let us know how you wish to proceed.

I don't normally post reviews but I just had to for Todd. He was super helpful with my bankruptcy. He is so knowledgeable and really made sure to ask me every question necessary so that I left "no stone unturned." He is also very personable, friendly, caring, and empathetic and made me feel at ease in such a high stress situation. I highly recommend him and his firm if you, or anyone you know, is in need of bankruptcy services.
