Great and equitable work can be expected from this law firm just want to expound on this by saying despite whatever hardship or difficulty you’re facing, they will ensure they fulfill their duty as promised and provide the best of their abilities great service.
The team at Santos Law firm is dedicated to your financial being. They helped every step of the way for my bankruptcy. I highly recommend this law firm if you need help financially.
Working with santos law offices has not been a smooth experience. It was very hard to get in touch with the same person and we spent a lot of time speaking with multiple people that were unsure why we were calling back, however, when it was time to make payments, the calls always seemed to be convenient for our time. There was a lot of back-and-forth calling, often not being able to reach our paralegal. This delayed our document process so much that we ended up sending in our documents on our own. Whenever there were updates with the case, we would see the update on the website and would get a call a weeks later about the same update. I believe the money we paid for your “services” was wasted and we would have been better off putting in the paper work on our own. I personally would not recommend santos law services to anyone going through this process. I'm not sure if it was because their was a language-barrier but we did not feel prioritized. When we first spoke to this office about seeking their services, we were given a lot of promises that were not met nor satisfied. I appreciate you responding back. However the timeline was met not necessarily due you all. As I mentioned we caught a lot of updates before it was communicated to us by your team or the paralegal we were working with. This apology does not seem genuine seeing that you felt the need to mention you did provide excellent service throughout vs accepting that a client did not feel taken care of. But the reality is, if we felt the need to write this review your client did not feel that service was delivered. Unfortunately I do not credit the results to your team. Each time we were reached out to, which took longer than expected we already took it upon ourselves to submit documents.
