This experience started well, they got back to me within 24 hours every time. But where it went wrong was they ignored a very important part of what I mentioned on day 1 to them. The other driver is uninsured. The beginning of my troubles started when they missed this detail. It continued when I asked if I should be worried about the storage fees my car is racking up while sitting at the tow yard, they said they would look into having the insurance cover that. I followed up again about it two weeks after hiring them because I got a letter in the mail from the tow yard about the fees. They didn’t respond for a couple of days until I got a call from them yesterday saying they aren’t going to be able to represent me anymore because the other driver doesn’t have insurance, this is something I told them on day 1 and I found out 24 hours after my accident. It took them over 2 weeks to find that out for themselves. So now I am stuck paying the tow/storage fees because of the miscommunication from the May firm. Those fees are just north of $1500. I really wish I could have had a good experience but why would they agree to represent me and have me fill out forms if I told them day 1 the other guy was uninsured and then over two weeks later turn my case down because the guy is uninsured? If they offered to pay the storage fees for me that would be okay but they did not offer. Now I am out just over $1500 because they missed an important detail on my original statement.
