This address places the firm within a commercial or downtown area, often characterized by a mix of professional offices and local businesses. While a detailed description of the interior or specific amenities is not available from the provided information, law offices in such settings typically strive to maintain a professional, accessible, and confidential environment. This includes well-appointed meeting rooms suitable for private consultations where sensitive personal and financial matters can be discussed. The accessibility of the location, often with nearby parking, is a practical consideration for clients who may be experiencing emotional distress or logistical challenges. The firm also notes a commitment to providing an "enhanced in-office experience" and the availability of meeting via video, indicating a modern approach to client convenience and service delivery.

The primary services offered by The Manely Firm, P.C. are concentrated in family law and estate planning. Within family law, their expertise covers a comprehensive array of issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, and asset division. A notable specialization of the firm is in international family law, handling complex cases that may involve multi-country child custody disputes or divorces. This specific area of practice requires a deep understanding of both domestic and international legal frameworks, setting them apart from many general practice firms. In the realm of estate planning, The Manely Firm, P.C. assists clients with vital processes such as drafting wills and establishing living trusts, which are crucial for ensuring assets are distributed according to one's wishes and for navigating the probate process efficiently. They also handle probate matters, guiding families through the administration of an estate after a loved one's passing. The firm emphasizes a commitment to providing "concierge-level support," aiming to offer a personalized and comprehensive service that extends beyond mere legal filings to include guidance and referrals for various related needs.

The features of The Manely Firm, P.C. are subject to varying client experiences, as reflected in the provided testimonials. On one hand, the firm positions itself as a provider of "concierge-level service" with a "powerhouse legal team" that has achieved "unparalleled level of success," including "unanimous victories" in higher courts and international trials. They aim to be "attentive and responsive," focusing on identifying and furthering clients' "needs, wants, hopes, dreams and aspirations." Specific positive feedback highlights individuals like Donna Paz Galleger for her quick processing and consistent communication, and attorney Cherish De La Cruz for being "amazing" in handling a living trust. These suggest a firm that, at its best, prioritizes client communication, professionalism, and efficient handling of legal processes, especially in areas like estate planning. They also pride themselves on their deep knowledge of family law judges and staff in Georgia, allowing them to anticipate results and develop effective strategies. Their "International Expertise with a Local Touch" is a key distinguishing feature, allowing them to handle highly complex, cross-border family law cases.

However, another significant review presents a contrasting perspective on the firm's features and practices, which must be objectively presented. This feedback raises serious concerns regarding billing practices, suggesting that "nickel-and-diming" occurred, with charges for minor interactions and possibly "exaggerated or fabricated" tasks. Issues with communication abruptly spiking when retainers needed replenishment, questionable time entries, and paralegals performing tasks outside their legal scope while still being billed were highlighted. This client's experience also pointed to a "misalignment between their actions and my boyfriend’s best interests," suggesting unnecessary prolongation of the case for financial gain and unauthorized personnel changes. A "drawn-out and frustrating battle" to recover remaining retainer funds further indicates potential issues with client service and ethical billing. This demonstrates that while the firm aims for a high level of service, there have been instances where clients felt their priorities were misaligned with the firm's.

Promotional information for The Manely Firm, P.C. is a blend of their own stated commitments and the contrasting experiences of their clients. The firm actively promotes its "All Family Law. All Around the World." motto, emphasizing its global reach and local expertise in family law, coupled with a commitment to estate planning. They highlight their "30+ years of successful custody experience" and "concierge-level support," aiming to attract clients who seek comprehensive and highly specialized legal assistance. The positive testimonials, focusing on "GREAT customer service" and quick, effective processes for living trusts, serve as direct endorsements for these specific services and team members. They also mention being "2024 Best of Gwinnett Winner," further boosting their local credibility. Conversely, the negative review serves as a stark warning about potential pitfalls, particularly concerning billing transparency and client communication in family/custody matters. This feedback, while critical, objectively informs prospective clients to exercise due diligence and clarify billing structures and communication protocols upfront. The firm's long-standing presence and multiple offices across Georgia (Atlanta, Marietta, Lawrenceville, Savannah, Columbus, Cumming, and a new London office) also form part of their promotional footprint, signifying a well-established and expanding practice. The phone numbers, (866) 687-8561 and +1 866-687-8561, serve as a central point of contact for inquiries.

In conclusion, The Manely Firm, P.C., within the "Nearby Lawyers" category in Lawrenceville, Georgia, is a firm that offers specialized legal services in family law, including complex international cases, and comprehensive estate planning. Their professional office environment and commitment to "concierge-level" client service are aspirational features. While some clients have experienced highly professional, efficient, and satisfactory outcomes, particularly in estate planning and some aspects of family law, other reviews indicate significant concerns regarding billing practices, communication consistency, and alignment with client best interests, particularly in family/custody matters. Therefore, prospective clients are advised to thoroughly investigate and clearly understand the firm's engagement terms and communication policies to ensure their expectations align with the firm's practices. The firm's extensive experience and broad geographical reach across Georgia remain key components of its overall profile for local users.

I want to give a fair and honest warning to anyone considering The Manley Firm for legal representation, particularly for family or custody matters. Our experience was incredibly disappointing and felt more like a calculated money grab than genuine legal support. From the start, my boyfriend was nickel-and-dimed for every small interaction — even confirming receipt of an email came with a charge. It became clear that tasks were exaggerated or possibly fabricated to quickly deplete his retainer. The pattern was consistent: communication would abruptly spike when it was time to replenish funds, and itemized bills reflected questionable time entries. A professional review of the invoices later revealed that paralegals were performing tasks outside of their legal scope, which we were billed for anyway. What was even more concerning was the apparent misalignment between their actions and my boyfriend’s best interests. It seemed the case was being unnecessarily prolonged — not for strategy, but to generate more billable hours. At one point, a sudden change in personnel was made without his approval, and the firm attempted to proceed — and bill — as if he had consented. When confronted, a new attorney stepped in and tried to smooth things over, claiming familiarity with the case, but it was obvious he was not up to speed. After terminating their services, we faced a drawn-out and frustrating battle just to recover the remaining retainer funds. It took over three months, during which we were ignored, misled, and repeatedly put off — all for money that rightfully belonged to my boyfriend. In short, I would never recommend The Manley Firm. Their billing practices are aggressive and questionable, their client communication is disorganized, and their priorities seem rooted in maximizing profit rather than advocating for their clients. I truly regret that this was the experience my boyfriend had to endure especially in dealing with such a sensitive matter.

Good experience, but we did not get to meet with the same lawyer twice, and it was very expensive.

Very expensive, be ready to pay for show of mostly .I was very disappointed with the process. I had very simple case. We both don't have any business, want to divorce as soon as faster without the court. I really did not understand why my lawer broke our mediation in the middle and explained me as for better one... For the next several months she did nothing, I payed over 15000$, for her agreement with my ex husband to pay me extra 5000))). How many times I called and send several emails with a request to stop because my money's was over, everyone ignored, even the leady from financial department They constantly threatened me that I would be left alone, without the services of a lawyer. And the lawyer smiled sweetly, saying, “I’ll help you,” after mediation, she didn’t write a single letter to my husband’s side until I started complaining to the owners of the company
