However, it is crucial to provide an objective introduction based on the available information, which in this case includes a detailed and critical review from a customer regarding their experience with a simple divorce case handled by the firm.

The Justice Cafe is situated on South Clayton Street in Lawrenceville, GA. Lawrenceville is the county seat of Gwinnett County and a significant part of the Atlanta metropolitan area. The location on S Clayton St suggests a presence within the local business district, potentially offering accessible legal services to residents of Lawrenceville and the surrounding communities. While specific details about the office environment are not available, one might expect a professional setting typical of a law firm, designed to accommodate client consultations and legal work. However, the provided customer review does not offer any insights into the physical environment of The Justice Cafe.

The specific range of legal services offered by The Justice Cafe is not detailed in the provided information. However, the customer review pertains to a "simple and clean divorce" case, indicating that the firm does handle family law matters, specifically divorce. The review mentions the absence of child support, alimony, or negative claims, suggesting a relatively straightforward legal process. The reviewer's experience also alludes to the firm potentially handling other legal matters, as they were initially hired for this divorce case. To understand the full spectrum of legal services provided by The Justice Cafe, it would be necessary to contact the firm directly.

The single customer review available provides a detailed account of a negative experience with The Justice Cafe, specifically concerning a simple divorce case. The reviewer highlights several significant issues, including frequent turnover of attorneys assigned to their case, leading to repetitive explanations of the situation to new lawyers. The reviewer also reports a lack of communication and difficulty in getting calls back from their attorney, particularly close to the court date. This lack of responsiveness necessitated escalating the matter to another firm to receive a call back from an attorney at The Justice Cafe.

The review further describes the attorney assigned for the court appearance, Jill Pope, as having a "very standoffish attitude" and seemingly disinterested in the case. During the arbitration process, the reviewer felt that Ms. Pope was not adequately representing their interests and appeared to be siding with the ex-wife. Following the signing of the divorce agreement, the reviewer discovered that crucial protections for them were omitted from the written order, necessitating a return to court to rewrite the order and incur additional expenses. This outcome directly contradicts the initial expectation of a "simple and clean divorce."

The reviewer explicitly cautions potential clients, stating, "I would not recommend Jill Pope to fight a parking ticket. BUYER BEWARE!" This strong negative recommendation underscores the significant dissatisfaction with the service received. The reviewer also makes a direct reference to the adage "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR NO MATTER HOW SMALL," implying that the potentially lower rate associated with new attorneys did not justify the poor service and negative outcome experienced. This review serves as a critical piece of information for local users considering The Justice Cafe for their legal needs, particularly in family law matters.

Given the detailed negative experience shared by this customer, it is essential for local users to approach The Justice Cafe with caution and to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging their services. While this is only one review, the issues raised, such as attorney turnover, poor communication, and inadequate representation leading to financial repercussions, are serious concerns. Potential clients may wish to inquire specifically about the firm's attorney retention policies, communication protocols, and the experience level of the attorneys who would be handling their case. It would also be prudent to seek additional reviews or references to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the firm's overall service quality and client satisfaction.

In conclusion, The Justice Cafe, located in Lawrenceville, GA, offers legal services, including handling divorce cases. However, a detailed customer review recounts a significantly negative experience involving frequent attorney changes, poor communication, perceived inadequate representation, and financial setbacks due to errors in the final divorce agreement. This review serves as a critical piece of information for local users considering The Justice Cafe for their legal needs. Potential clients are strongly advised to exercise caution, conduct thorough research, and ask detailed questions about the firm's practices and the experience of the attorneys who would be handling their case before making a decision. Contacting The Justice Cafe at (678) 648-7577 or +1 678-648-7577 may provide further information, but it is crucial to weigh this against the serious concerns raised in the available customer feedback.

I hired them to do a simple and clean divorce. No child support, alimony or negative claims. They apparently hire new attorneys for this that's why you get a cheaper rate, which is not a problem in this situation. The problem is every time I met with one of their attorneys weeks later they left for a better job. This went on for three different attorneys. Each time I had to tell the story all over again. Then right before the court date I couldn't get a call back from my attorney. The Justice Cafe person would tell me they will have someone call me and no one did. I had to escalate the matter to Manely firm to get someone to call me back. Then Jill Pope calls me back and had the nerve to say she tried to call me over the weekend. NOTTT! I couldn't believe she tried to tell me that. Anyway we go to court and when we met she had a very standoffish attitude like she rather be somewhere else. So we go to arbitration, their is my ex wife, her attorney, the arbitrator and Ms Pope ALL FEMALES. It became obvious after the discussions began that Ms Pope was not representing me as she should and siding with my ex. After a lot of back and forth we came to an agreement, Both attorneys had a hand in writing the agreement, After signing it I find out that she did not put any of the protections for me that should have been put in writing. I have return to court now to rewrite the order and spend more money all over again. As the old adage goes YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR NO MATTER HOW SMALL. I would not recommend Jill Pope to fight a parking ticket. BUYER BEWARE!
