We have worked with Regina and her associates twice now, a few years apart, for our son’s case. The first time, we jointly decided not to pursue a suit against the district and Regina refunded us the balance of our retainer fee, so as only to charge us for the work they had done up to that point. The second time around, Regina spent a LONG time on the phone with us, reviewing our case, free of charge and gave us very honest feedback about whether we had a reasonable chance at a successful suit against our district. It was very clear all along that she was focused on us and our son, and wanted to guide us towards the best outcome, even if that meant not moving forward with her services. It felt more like we were being advised by a family friend than a lawyer. We ultimately moved forward and the associate we worked with, Kerry, was very bright and professional. They seemed very knowledgeable. At every turn, this practice put the focus on our family’s best interests and never felt like it was nickel and diming us. The focus was never dollars first and foremost.

Cant speak for her lawyer skills, as a camp director of a special needs camp ...I found her only motivated by $$$$. The interest of the kids I found less important to her than $$ she charged.

Our lawyer was amazing and helped us at every turn of the process for 6 years. The only reason we aren't still with her is because we changed schools. Highly recommend
