Today, we focus on The Law Office of Daniel Peters, situated at 208 SW 1st Ave #340, Portland, OR 97204, USA. For residents of Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding areas seeking legal assistance, particularly in the realm of family law, understanding the services and reputation of local attorneys is crucial. The Law Office of Daniel Peters has received both positive and negative feedback online, which we will objectively present to help local users make informed decisions.

Based on the available information, The Law Office of Daniel Peters appears to specialize in family law matters. One client testimonial explicitly recommends Daniel Peters for cases involving children, highlighting his focus on the child's best interests. This suggests that the firm provides services related to divorce, child custody disputes, child support, and potentially other family-related legal issues. The referral from an ex-husband to his best friend after a divorce handled by Mr. Peters further underscores a perceived fairness, honesty, and diligence in his approach to family law cases.

Information regarding the specific environment of The Law Office of Daniel Peters is limited. However, the office address in a downtown Portland location suggests a professional setting typical of a law firm. Clients can likely expect a confidential space for consultations and meetings. The positive review mentions Mr. Peters keeping the best interest of children at the forefront and being fair, honest, and diligent, which could indicate an office environment that prioritizes ethical and responsible legal practice. Conversely, the negative review detailing a missed appointment and lack of follow-up might suggest potential issues with the firm's organizational or communication practices, which could impact the client experience within their office setting.

The services offered by The Law Office of Daniel Peters, primarily in the area of family law, likely include legal representation in divorce proceedings, assistance with child custody and visitation arrangements, determination and enforcement of child support obligations, and potentially other related matters such as adoption or modifications of existing court orders. The positive review emphasizes Mr. Peters' commitment to the best interests of children, suggesting a child-centric approach in relevant cases. The fact that he was recommended even by an opposing party (the ex-husband) implies a level of professionalism and fairness that extends beyond just representing his own client. However, the negative review points to potential issues with client communication and scheduling, which are crucial aspects of service delivery in any legal practice.

Several features emerge from the contrasting client reviews. A significant positive feature highlighted is Daniel Peters' focus on the best interests of children in family law cases. This is a critical aspect for individuals involved in custody disputes or other matters affecting their children's well-being. The description of him as fair, honest, and diligent further suggests a commitment to ethical and thorough legal representation. The fact that a former opposing party recommended him speaks volumes about his professional conduct and the positive outcomes he has achieved for his clients.

However, a concerning feature indicated by the negative review is a potential lack of reliability in scheduling and communication. The experience of a missed appointment and unreturned calls and emails raises questions about the firm's client management and responsiveness. While this is just one account, it is an important factor for prospective clients to consider, as effective communication and punctuality are essential for a positive attorney-client relationship.

The referral network mentioned in the positive review, where satisfied clients have recommended Daniel Peters to friends and even former adversaries, suggests a strong reputation built on positive past outcomes and professional conduct. This word-of-mouth endorsement can be a significant feature for local users seeking a reliable family law attorney.

Regarding promotional information, there is no explicit promotional content provided in the given data. The client reviews offer insights into past client experiences, which can indirectly serve as endorsements or warnings for potential future clients. The positive review, in particular, acts as a strong recommendation based on successful representation and ethical conduct. Conversely, the negative review serves as a cautionary note regarding potential communication and scheduling issues.

In conclusion, The Law Office of Daniel Peters in Portland, Oregon, appears to focus primarily on family law, with a noted emphasis on the best interests of children in relevant cases. A significant positive feature is the reported fairness, honesty, and diligence of Daniel Peters, leading to positive outcomes and referrals from satisfied clients, including former opposing parties. However, a potential area of concern is the reported issue with missed appointments and lack of follow-up, which could impact the client experience. For local users seeking a family law attorney in Portland, it is advisable to consider both the positive endorsements and the reported communication issues. Contacting The Law Office of Daniel Peters at (503) 243-1718 for an initial consultation to discuss your specific needs and assess whether their services align with your expectations regarding communication and client management would be a prudent step in making an informed decision.

I can't recommend Dan highly enough and have referred him to several friends who have also been pleased with their results from his representation. In fact, my ex-husband referred Dan to one of his best friends after our divorce was final. Dan keeps the best interest of children at the forefront of cases involving them. He is fair, honest and diligent.

I was referred to Daniel with rave reviews but unfortunately had a different experience. Daniel missed our scheduled meeting and I was not contacted to reschedule. I left a follow up message and my call wasn't returned. I also reached out to the general email and didn't receive a response.
