I needed an attorney to help me obtain a restraining order and then to help me with a "high conflict" custody case that was filed shortly after the RO went into effect. Henry was empathetic, professional, and quickly adapted to the changing circumstances of the case. It took 2 1/2 years to fully resolve but my family couldn't have gotten a more excellent result. To put a cherry on top, because of his efficiency and advocacy through these delays, we obtained a significant attorneys fees award. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance in the family court system.

Navigating the legal system is not something I am comfortable doing, and it's absolutely not a something I want to do, ever. That said, this past year I found myself right in the middle of it, and worse I was facing criminal charges that were not accurate and if convinced would do severe damage to my family's and my personal wellbeing. It started with a several positive experiences over the phone where I felt truely listened to as we went over the basics of the case etc. Then, not surprising to me, at our first in person meeting Henry was able to put me at ease. His actions made it clear he and his staff had been listening to my fears and concerns during our previous phone encounters. Our first in person meet was great, it happened to be as Henry was running, like track practice running, to court trying not to be late. Slight tardiness one time was totally outweighed by his calm, confidence, and ability to connect with people put me at ease in the midst of a very stress filled environment. I know that I am not a high profile or profitable client, but I never felt like the little guy. Henry and his staff made time for me and my family anytime we had a question or concern or just needed clarification on something. He never missed a single phone call, meeting or court date, and he kept me in the loop as my case moved along. Then Victory! While I hope to never again need a criminal lawyer to defend me, my family was fortunate to have the experience of working with Henry.

As soon as i met Henry he was on my side. He worked extremely hard on my case and maintained constant contact with me. He was prompt about letting me know of any changes as well as keeping me up to date with what was going on. If i am ever in need of an attorney again he is hands down who i would use.
