This guy incriminated me in court after telling me for 3 months that we had this case in the bag he was falling asleep in the courtroom I handed him the case four or five different times with evidence to show that they had lied to me and that they were lying in court and he just swept it under the rug and shook his head he told me don't do anything that wasn't court ordered I was non-compliant against CPS during the whole time before the show cause hearing. He said if you have been using drugs and stopped but your UA is fine we'll tell them that at least you're trying that you have quit but it was a different song and dance in court. They lied to him and told him that my UA didn't come back even though you ain't a hair follicle test had already came back for me and my son's mother and that they were both positive and that I had failed my UA also. He told me the best thing to do was to comply with everything that they told me to do and don't be non-compliant with anything just completely cooperate after he told me not to cooperate for 3 months this case is still going on a year later Mr Branson was let go because of this when I asked for a refund of my $6,000 that I paid for his retainer he sent me back a check for $1,800 in an invoice that look like he was just trying to account for most of the retainer. I will be reporting him to the Texas bar and hopefully they will take his license so that he doesn't take advantage of anybody else.

Just currently hired him but we have gone to court 3× in the last couple weeks. They "CPS" didn't give the advait when i was served papers & still have not gave their discovery. My attorney has got it reset every time & I like that! I want him to know whats coming, no surprises! Also legally he is granted that & is saying legally im suppose to get this & have not. So until then i think its only fair, a reset!
Called because I wanted to know what my rights were. Cps wanted to keep me away from my kids because there was a DV incident. I told my story and explained what CPS wants to do. I just heard silence? I said “hello” because I thought the call was disconnected but he said “I’m still here.” I said ok and waited for him to tell me what my options were but he just said “what do you want me to do?” I was done after that.
