I am very grateful to have retained the legal services of Terner Elder Law. I recently obtained his services again for my mother-in-law with Medicaid eligibility. For a very reasonable fee, Dan made the whole application process and subsequent qualification seemless and painless. Dan is extremely knowldegeable of the Medicaid application process and the program itself. He kept me informed all along the way and made himself available for any questions and concerns I had. Because of his expertise my mother-in-law was able to received Medicaid services within a month's time. Dan is highly knowlegeable, utterly professional and extremely thorough. Once you become his client, he will keep in regular touch with you throughout the years. In fact Dan has assisted with two of my family members over ten years ago. He has kept in touch with me since that time. I highly recommend Dan's legal services for families that might have aging family members that may be in need of additonal care and services.

Having just retired from 45 years in the practice in New Jersey I was fortunate to find Mr. Terner to handle my mother's FL estate and medicaid planning. Being far away was never an obstacle to our communication. Here is my last message to Mr. Terner upon her passing: "In case we have concluded our business, allow an old lawyer to say that you are exceptional, ethical, fair and informative. Basically, a client's dream counsel." No, we are not related.
