I called and gave initial information today. I was looking for a new tax firm and heard about Tax Network on a favorite podcast. The initial agent told me I would receive a call back from an advisor in 15 minutes or so. After waiting an hour and a half I called back to follow up. I was told it was a crazy day. If it is busy, don’t tell me I will get a call back in 15 minutes. Just tell me it’s a busy day and the callback could be within 24 hours, OR schedule a call. I told the agent I was going to go with a firm I called prior to Tax Network. After two hours, I finally got a call back after I called in to follow up myself. The advisor (Gavin) immediately told me today is busy and interrupted me anytime I spoke about why I wasn’t happy. He constantly challenged anything I said before I could finish my sentences. Talk about infuriating. I had the opposite experience with TaxQuotes. Transfer was immediate and the advisor was wonderful. I was never told they were busy, and was transferred to an advisor immediately. When you read their response below you can see they don’t seem to listen or care about how a potential client feels.
At first, I was completely overwhelmed by the tax resolution process. I didn’t fully understand how everything worked, and I felt frustrated by what seemed like a lack of updates and clarity on my mom’s case. If Tax Network had provided a more detailed breakdown or a form outlining the timeline of events from the start, I think it would have saved me a lot of initial stress and confusion. Also I wish they would have told me my case would be handled by different people. That being said, once I took a step back and really thought about it, I realized that I got myself into this situation, and the network was there to help me get out of it. The biggest challenge wasn’t them it was the fact that we were dealing with the IRS, and that alone makes everything take longer than you’d expect as explained to me by this sweet girl Vanessa Russel in the accounting division who took the time to talk to me and help me understand the process when I was frustrated and went above and beyond to make sure anytime I had an issue it was addressed immediately. Now that my mom’s tax issue has been resolved, I can honestly say that the Tax Network staff did their job, and they did it well. If you’re going through tax problems, my advice is to be patient and trust the process. It takes time, but if you have the right team on your side, you’ll get through it. I appreciate Tax Network for guiding me through a difficult time with the mess my step father left my mom in after his passing, even when I didn’t fully understand everything at first. Would I recommend them? Yes but if you’re new to tax problems, ask as many questions as you need to upfront so you have a clear picture of what to expect. It’ll make the whole experience much easier!
My husband and I found ourselves in a tough spot when it came to our business taxes, and we honestly had no idea what "tax resolution" even meant, let alone how to fix the issue. At first, we made the mistake of blaming the team for not helping us enough, but looking back, we should’ve been blaming ourselves for getting into this situation in the first place. Our case manager, Ariyana, was incredibly patient with us from the start. Resolving tax issues doesn't come with a manual, so we were in the dark about the whole process. But Ariana took the time to clearly explain each step, and once we got everything back, everything started to fall into place. The process wasn’t as complicated as we first thought, and it was a huge relief to see the progress we were making. Also, Vanessa from the accounting department was so warm, kind and empathetic during a very uncertain and difficult time for us. We were going through some tough financial challenges, and Vanessa was more than accommodating to my husband and I when it came to working with us on payment arrangements. We also want to give a big thank you to Mary, who was incredibly sweet in helping us navigate through a bunch of tax returns. She was always quick to respond to my emails and provided so much assistance when we felt overwhelmed with all the paperwork. Mary made sure we understood everything and never left us hanging. We can't thank this team enough for their dedication to helping us resolve our tax issues. Their professionalism, understanding, and commitment to customer service really stood out.
I had an excellent experience with Tax Network USA. Interacting with "V" in billing and "A" as a personal contact, their expertise and professionalism was the best that could have been hoped for. If I can provide a brief suggestion for their upper management... You might want to consider buying "V" and "A" new cars next Christmas! They certainly deserve it.
The experience is not what I expected. The initial call to set it up and $500 payment, I was told my taxes would be taking care of. All I would need to do is file 2024 and keep up with filling. 7 months into paying, I still haven’t heard anything but I need to give them more money to take care of all my back taxes. It’s a scam. They outsource your taxes to foreigners. Reason why you don’t hear back from them but they sure will take your money quicker than the IRS
