Shockingly, Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. outright refused to represent clients without providing any justifiable reason. Incredibly disconcerting was the evidence I found, suggesting that Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. engaged in practices such as hiding evidence, failing to disclose relevant facts, and covering up board wrongdoings and crimes. These actions are in direct opposition to the principles of justice and fairness that should guide any reputable legal firm. Instead of seeking shareholder approvals and promoting transparency, this firm unilaterally amended house rules to suit the interests of certain board members and management. The imposition of high fines and lucrative fees without shareholder consent is an abuse of power and displays a complete disregard for the well-being of the shareholders they are supposed to serve. Furthermore, Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. exhibited double standards in their approach, playing with the lives of shareholders. Their actions were deeply unjust and showed a lack of integrity and fairness. Based on my harrowing experience, I strongly advise against seeking legal assistance from Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. Their abandonment of clients, failure to disclose relevant facts, refusal to represent, dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and cover-up tactics all indicate a deeply flawed and untrustworthy legal service provider. Please consider alternative options that prioritize professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to client well-being.
