Understanding the environment and service experience of any business is crucial, and this is often reflected in customer reviews. While specific details about the legal services offered by Spectrum Consulting Group Inc. are not provided in the given information, the reviews offer some insights into the experience of visiting their physical location. It's important to note that these reviews may not directly reflect the quality of their legal advice or representation, but rather the administrative and logistical aspects of their office.

One review mentions that the place was "crowded with old people," which seemingly contributed to slower service due to deals not meeting customer expectations. This suggests that the firm might cater to a diverse clientele, including senior citizens. The reviewer proposed having a dedicated person to assist older clients who might need more guidance. This feedback points to a potential area for improvement in managing client flow and providing tailored assistance to different demographics.

Another observation from a reviewer was that some employees appeared inattentive, seemingly "in LA LA land" and not proactively offering help. This comment highlights a potential inconsistency in customer service, with some staff members perhaps not as engaged or helpful as expected. For a service-oriented industry like law, proactive and attentive staff can significantly impact client satisfaction.

A significant point of criticism was the method of calling out names for the next customer. The reviewer noted that names were yelled out only twice, and they might have missed their turn if they hadn't been watching the monitor. This suggests a need for a more effective and audible system for managing appointments and calling clients, especially in a potentially crowded environment.

One reviewer drew a comparison to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) on 125th Street, stating that "They need a better system." This analogy implies that the process of waiting and being served might be perceived as inefficient and reminiscent of a bureaucratic experience. Streamlining their processes could potentially enhance the client experience.

Despite the criticisms, one positive aspect highlighted in the reviews was the exceptional customer service provided by an employee named Harold. The reviewer specifically mentioned Harold's pleasant demeanor, stating, "If it wasn't for the good customer service from Harold I would of given this place 1 star." This positive feedback underscores the importance of individual employees in shaping client perceptions and suggests that at least some members of the team are providing excellent service.

Based on the available information, Spectrum Consulting Group Inc. is a law firm located in Upper Manhattan, New York City. The place was crowded with old people. It made everything even more slower because the deals weren't to the customers liking. I suggest that there would be a designated person just for the older generation that doesn't know why they came to the place from the first place. There were some employees that looked like they where in LA LA land and staying in their post, instead of them looking to help someone else. Also one big mistake that they do here is, when they call the names for the next customer they yell it like 2 times and people can't even hear their names yelled out. If it wasn't for me looking to the side where the monitor had my name I wouldn't have known my name was yelled out. This is basically like DMV from 125th street. They need a better system. If it wasn't for the good customer service from Harold I would of given this place 1 star. He was very pleasant to talk to.
