To whom it may concern and look at this information about this attorney please feel free to call me or find me and I give you more explanation do not deal with this attorney in 2007 I got hit by a truck and a red light New York I was inside of my car a large SUV Toyota 4Runner. I don't drink I don't smoke I don't do drugs I don't have cats I don't have kids I don't have a criminal record and at the time I have two jobs legally. I don't know what happened because I don't remember but a truck hit me at 60 MPH that's what I got informed. 2 years pass by after in and out of the hospital for surgery and therapy. This attorney that is a total crook, supposedly handling my case, we got $3 million, on the table, and after 4 days in court, we could have just walk away with a $3 million, but he decided to pick the jury supposedly for $5 million when I told him no don't not pick the jery, He went totally against what I told him, and he wanted to go for the 5 millions and we lost everything,. I ended up so homeless and the doctor said I will take me 7 years to get better but never 100% guess what it took me about 10 years to get a little better and I still feel the pain all over on my neck on my middle back on my lower back on my right shoulder on my right arm and my left leg, At the time I had Geico insurance full coverage thank God they pay for all the surgeries and therapy and medicines, but that's not enough when now I'm 57 years old and I feel the pain even worse because that truck keep me at 60 mi an hour on a red light. He asked me outside of the courtroom just near the courtroom, That I should open a business with him if we can open a bar in New York City the first two years we won't make any money but after 2 or 3 years will be making a lot of money I told him no I don't want to do that, I want to go to my engineering college in Seattle Washington. Another thing the seven people that they were the jury for my case, bad luck strike them all, because 4 years later a big hurricane hit New York and I remember those ladies they said they leave by far Rockaway the ocean rise up to 50 ft up or more, those ladies God punish them for what they did to me, they lost everything there are homeless on shelters still and they live on motel 6 with their kids cats and dogs, and you know what specifically in far Rockaway how those homes are around there everything looks like an atomic bomb hit it. And those seven ladies from my jury, they all live there. Guess what people be good because God knows what to do with bad people and God knows what to do with good people.
