While the specific areas of law practiced by Sichol & Hicks are not detailed in the provided information, feedback from recent clients offers insights into their service and communication practices that local users may find valuable when considering their legal options.

Given the limited positive information available, it is challenging to definitively outline the specific legal services offered by Sichol & Hicks. Typically, a law firm in a community like Suffern would provide assistance in various legal domains to meet the needs of local residents and businesses. These areas could potentially include:

  • Real Estate Law: Assisting with property transactions, leases, and disputes.
  • Estate Planning: Drafting wills, trusts, and handling estate administration.
  • Family Law: Handling divorce, child custody, and support matters.
  • Business Law: Providing legal counsel to businesses on formation, contracts, and other matters.
  • Personal Injury Law: Representing individuals injured due to negligence.
  • Criminal Defense: Defending individuals accused of crimes.
  • Civil Litigation: Representing clients in lawsuits involving various disputes.

However, without explicit information from the firm itself or positive client testimonials detailing their legal expertise in specific areas, it remains unclear which of these services are the focus of Sichol & Hicks' practice. Potential clients are advised to inquire directly about their specific legal needs and whether Sichol & Hicks possesses the relevant expertise.

The provided client reviews offer some perspective on the environment and operational aspects of Sichol & Hicks. One reviewer described their experience as an "absolute scam," stating that they paid a $350 fee for an hour-long consultation and then experienced a complete lack of follow-up, including no answers or returned calls. This feedback raises significant concerns about the firm's client management and communication practices.

Another reviewer echoed concerns about communication, stating that while the firm might be "personable and friendly" if one manages to reach them by phone, it is "most likely" that callers will have to leave a voicemail, and the firm purportedly does not consistently return calls or respond to emails. This recurring theme in the feedback suggests a potential systemic issue with the firm's responsiveness and client communication.

Considering these reviews, it is difficult to highlight positive features of Sichol & Hicks based on the available information. The feedback primarily focuses on significant negative experiences related to communication and follow-through after an initial consultation. These are critical aspects of any professional service, particularly in the legal field where timely communication and diligent action are paramount.

In the absence of positive testimonials or specific details about their legal expertise, it is challenging to present any promotional information for Sichol & Hicks. The existing feedback serves as a cautionary note for potential clients, emphasizing the importance of thorough research and consideration of communication practices when selecting legal representation.

For local users in Suffern, NY, who are considering Sichol & Hicks for their legal needs, the available client feedback warrants careful consideration. The reported issues with communication and lack of follow-through are significant factors to weigh when choosing a lawyer, as these can directly impact the client's experience and the progress of their legal matters. It is strongly recommended that potential clients conduct further research, seek additional reviews if available from other sources, and potentially consider contacting other law firms in the Suffern area to compare services and communication practices.

Choosing the right legal representation is a critical decision, and it is essential to select a firm that not only possesses the necessary legal expertise but also demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and effective communication. The feedback provided for Sichol & Hicks highlights potential areas of concern that local users should be aware of as they navigate their legal options in Suffern, New York.
