For response and caring, there just aren’t enough stars to rate Shimoda & Rodriguez Law, so I am giving them the Milky Way. I filled out countless online forms on various legal firms’ websites. In return, I got nothing – no response; no, hey we got your form - nothing. I almost fell off my chair when Deanna from Shimoda Rodriguez Law called me to schedule an appointment with an attorney. This firm responds to every inquiry and everyone talks to an attorney….free. WOW. Austin Sork reviewed some documents I sent and called me back the next day. He asked intelligent questions and asked me about my goals. He reviewed the viability of my claims with me and went over the potential for monetary rewards. He also explained the limitations imposed by the law to the amount I could get. Very nice guy, smart, and a straight shooter. In other words, he is an attorney who cares enough to talk to you. He didn’t hurry me off the phone or act like I was burden on his time. Austin even sent me a follow-up email summarizing our conversation and my options and provided links to other relevant websites. WOW. If you need an attorney who will tell you what you need to know and not what you want to hear (which is the kind of attorney you should always want), Austin is a great pick.
