Once they lock you into a contract, their primary focus is draining your funds without doing any meaningful work. After you've exhausted your retainer, they'll demand more money before they do anything further. They ignored my inquiries for months, misrepresented the process, and were completely unresponsive. It wasn't until I contacted the bar association that they finally paid me any attention. Do yourself a favor—go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration! This law firm is the perfect example of wanting to support your own but they let you down miserably. Its so sad what your own kind do to you when you instill so much trust in them. I paid money to them that I didn't have and they are now refusing to return it. They definitely care more about taking from than giving.
