Shafer Law FIrm Introduce

For individuals in Atlanta, Georgia, and the surrounding areas seeking legal assistance, Shafer Law FIrm is located at 2000 Riveredge Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30328, USA. As a local law firm within the category of 'Nearby Lawyers,' Shafer Law FIrm's physical presence suggests accessibility for residents seeking legal counsel. However, it is essential for potential clients to consider all available information when choosing legal representation.

When selecting a 'Nearby Lawyer,' individuals typically look for a professional environment where their legal concerns will be addressed with competence and respect. The physical location of Shafer Law FIrm in Atlanta's Riveredge Parkway business district implies a professional setting. However, understanding the client experience is paramount, and recent feedback available online provides insights into interactions with the firm, specifically concerning debt collection practices.

Based on recent customer reviews found online, it is important to note that some individuals have reported negative experiences when dealing with representatives of Shafer Law FIrm in the context of debt collection. These reviews describe interactions characterized by rudeness, lack of direct answers, deflection, and aggressive communication. One reviewer stated they were repeatedly contacted about a debt they believe they do not owe and described the representative as "extremely rude" and unhelpful when attempting to seek clarification. This individual expressed an expectation of respectful treatment, especially when trying to resolve a potential error.

Another review paints a concerning picture of "rude, uneducated, and aggressive collectors." This reviewer described being screamed at when explaining an inability to work and perceived the firm's representatives as treating people "less than human," focusing on intimidation and bullying to collect on what might not be a valid debt. This reviewer strongly advised recording all calls with the firm and reported filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office due to the alleged abusive behavior of the staff.

Given these publicly available reviews, it is challenging to objectively outline specific services, features, or promotional information in a positive light without further context or information from the firm itself. The provided reviews focus heavily on negative interactions related to debt collection, which may not be representative of all legal services the firm might offer. However, this feedback is crucial for potential clients to consider as part of their due diligence when selecting a legal representative.

Typically, a law firm like Shafer Law FIrm would offer a range of legal services depending on their area of specialization. Without specific information about their practice areas beyond what can be inferred from the negative debt collection experiences, it is difficult to detail their services. It is possible that the firm handles other legal matters where client experiences might differ significantly. However, the available reviews raise serious concerns about their debt collection practices and the conduct of their representatives in those interactions.

In terms of features, a law firm usually highlights its experience, expertise in specific legal fields, client communication practices, and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes. However, the provided reviews directly contradict positive features such as respectful communication and client-focused service, at least within the context of debt collection. Potential clients would need to independently verify the firm's expertise in any legal area they require and assess their communication and client service approach beyond the debt collection experiences reported.

Promotional information typically aims to attract clients by highlighting successes, positive client testimonials, and unique service offerings. In this case, the recent online feedback serves as a cautionary note rather than a positive promotion. Any potential client would need to weigh this negative feedback heavily when considering engaging Shafer Law FIrm for any legal service.

It is important to remember that online reviews can provide a snapshot of some clients' experiences but may not represent the views of all individuals who have interacted with the firm. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised in the provided reviews regarding rudeness, aggressive behavior, and questionable debt collection tactics warrant careful consideration.

For local users in Atlanta seeking a 'Nearby Lawyer,' it is advisable to conduct thorough research, including seeking information from multiple sources and potentially consulting with other legal professionals before making a decision. While Shafer Law FIrm is physically located in Atlanta, the publicly available recent feedback regarding their debt collection practices should be a significant factor in any potential client's evaluation process.

In conclusion, Shafer Law FIrm is located at 2000 Riveredge Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30328, USA, placing them within the category of 'Nearby Lawyers' for residents of the area. However, recent online reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the firm's debt collection practices, specifically mentioning rude, uneducated, and aggressive behavior from their representatives. Potential clients should carefully consider this feedback and conduct further due diligence to determine if Shafer Law FIrm aligns with their legal needs and expectations for professional conduct and client service. Without additional information about other areas of their legal practice and a response from the firm regarding these allegations, it is challenging to provide a balanced introduction. The available information strongly suggests caution for individuals contacted by Shafer Law FIrm for debt collection and advises thorough investigation for those considering them for other legal services.

I’ve been repeatedly contacted about a debt I do not owe. During a recent phone call, I attempted to ask questions and get clarification, but the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and refused to provide direct answers. Instead of addressing my concerns, she repeatedly deflected and turned the conversation back on me in an unhelpful and aggressive manner. This behavior is unacceptable, and I expect to be treated with respect—especially when I’m trying to resolve a matter that appears to be in error.

Rude, uneducated, and aggressive collectors. When you explain the situation and can not work due to that, they scream at you saying 'Are you refusing to pay this debt?' No, I CAN'T WORK!! They treat people less than human and are only in it for intimadation and bullying to get what may not even be a valid debt. RECORD YOUR CALLS WITH THEM EVERYTIME!! ZERO STARS!!! oh, and filed a complaint with the AG for the techniques and abusive behavior the staff exhibits.

This law firm is disgusting how they treat people they've been calling me harassing me to collect a Medical bill, But just Because of the way they spoke to me and raising their voice, I don't take their calls anymore. They need to be more professional and a little bit more ethical I do not recommend anyone to this law firm.

Incredibly rude and aggressive "Law Firm" which is used to scare people into payment. I believe I was sent to collections on accident, and when I called to resolve issues I was told that I had my chance to decide what to pay and that I needed to pay in full in three months or else. It is sad to see a "law firm" threatening people to pay. They are uncaring and cruel. I hope that any companies which thinks of doing business with them reconsider. I understand attempting to collect debts is a nasty task, but maybe consider that not every person is trying to cheat someone out of money, maybe there is a reason they can not pay all at once. The collector I spoke with is Cynthia and her tone and retorts to me were very rude and uncaring.
