Naggiar & Sarif - Atlanta Family Law & Divorce Lawyers Introduce
For individuals in Atlanta, Georgia, and the surrounding metropolitan area seeking legal assistance with family law and divorce matters, Naggiar & Sarif - Atlanta Family Law & Divorce Lawyers is a firm available within the "Nearby Lawyers" platform category. Located in the prominent Ameris Center at 3490 Piedmont Rd NE #1450, Atlanta, GA 30305, the firm positions itself to address critical and often sensitive legal issues that impact families and individuals.
The office of Naggiar & Sarif is situated within the Ameris Center, a notable building on Piedmont Road in Atlanta. This location suggests a professional and established office environment, typical of legal practices in a major metropolitan area. While specific details about the interior decor or client waiting areas are not provided, a law firm handling sensitive matters such as divorce and family law typically aims to create a discreet, comfortable, and confidential space. This environment is crucial for clients who are often dealing with significant emotional stress and require a setting where they can openly and privately discuss their personal legal challenges. The office would be expected to facilitate focused consultations, ensuring that clients feel their matters are being handled with the seriousness and discretion they require.
The core services offered by Naggiar & Sarif are clearly articulated in their name: Atlanta Family Law & Divorce Lawyers. This indicates their primary focus on a broad spectrum of legal issues related to family relationships. These services would typically include, but are not limited to, divorce proceedings (contested and uncontested), child custody and visitation disputes, child support matters, alimony/spousal support, property division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and potentially post-divorce modifications or enforcement. The firm's engagement in "post-divorce issues," as mentioned in a review, further confirms their capacity to assist clients beyond the initial divorce decree, addressing ongoing needs that may arise. Given the sensitive nature of family law, these services require not only legal expertise but also a compassionate and understanding approach to client situations.
The features of Naggiar & Sarif, as illuminated by direct client feedback, present a mixed yet insightful picture for prospective clients. On one hand, there is strong praise for the professionalism and responsiveness of specific individuals within the firm. One client highly recommends the firm, stating that "Danny and LaJayla were extremely professional," that "They answered my questions in a timely manner," and that they were "always able to speak with someone" when calling. This positive feedback highlights a team that is attentive, communicative, and effective in managing client queries and providing timely information, which is paramount in emotionally charged family law cases.
Conversely, another detailed review points to significant inconsistencies in communication and client engagement. This client expressed "no pleasure to write this review," noting that response time was "inconsistent," often requiring "nudging" after a week or more. The client also felt a lack of "investment in your case" and a general feeling of not mattering, particularly when seeking new representation. This review, while acknowledging the firm's "expertise," underscores the potential for "unnecessary stress" if clients doubt their attorney's commitment. The experience of picking up a retainer balance without any interaction or attempt to retain the client further contributes to this perception of a lack of personalized attention. This suggests that while individual team members may excel in communication, the overall client experience can vary, particularly concerning consistent firm-wide communication protocols and client retention efforts.
For local users in Atlanta, GA, considering legal representation from Naggiar & Sarif within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, promotional information would need to acknowledge the nuanced client feedback. While the firm clearly possesses expertise in family law and divorce, as implied by its specialization and the positive mention of "expertise" in a critical review, the consistency of client experience, particularly regarding communication, is a key consideration. Promotional messaging could highlight the firm's focus on family law and divorce, emphasizing their commitment to guiding clients through these challenging periods. Given the mixed reviews, a balanced approach might acknowledge that individual experiences vary, while highlighting the strengths of specific team members who demonstrate excellent responsiveness.
Phrases could include: "Expert Legal Guidance for Atlanta Family Law & Divorce Matters," or "Navigating Divorce with Professional Support: Naggiar & Sarif." To address the communication concerns implicitly, firms often emphasize their commitment to keeping clients informed, even if not explicitly stated in this limited data set. For potential clients, it is advisable to directly inquire about communication protocols and client support structures during initial consultations. The firm's contact numbers, (404) 816-2004 and mobile phone +1 404-816-2004, provide accessible means to initiate contact and discuss specific family law or divorce needs. The presence in the Ameris Center ensures a professional and convenient location for meetings in Atlanta. Ultimately, prospective clients should weigh the firm's expertise in family law against the reported variations in client communication experience to determine if Naggiar & Sarif aligns with their individual needs and expectations for legal representation during a sensitive time.

It brings me no pleasure to write this review. The two best things about my experience: 1) The intake interview and 2) picking up my check with the balance of my retainer. I have interacted with two firms in my lifetime, and I have never been treated in this manner. I'll be kind and say that response time is "inconsistent." I am not a bugaboo that expects a response within 48 hours - although this was my previous experience. On multiple occasions I have had to "nudge" to get a response after a week or MORE. In fact, when I sent an e-mail about seeking new representation, I received only an automated response. MORE THAN TWO WEEKS LATER, I decided to call the office and request my balance directly. I was told that the business manager would call me when she arrived. Nope. I called back later in the afternoon, and she told me "your check is at the front desk." The next day, I walked in, collected my check and left. No "We hate to lose you as a client," or "Can someone else help you?" Nothing. I truly felt that I did not matter at all. I do not doubt the firm's expertise, but divorce and post-divorce issues are stressful and if you doubt your attorney's investment in your case, this is more unnecessary stress.
Danny and LaJayla were extremely professional. They answered my questions in a timely manner and when I called, I was always able to speak with someone. I was very impressed with Naggiar and Sarif, highly recommend.
LaJayla was the highlight of my experience. Very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me feel confident and comfortable with the process. Danny was an added bonus.
David Sarif is an outstanding attorney and gives excellent counsel. He’s also a genuinely nice guy and showed empathy as a guardian ad litem in a prolonged custody dispute. His expertise and guidance helped produce a positive outcome for my family. I am very thankful for his service.
My lawyer was Will Davis and he did an excellent job representing me through a difficult divorce. He was truly my advocate when dealing with challenging situations and his advice was excellent.
