These reviews state:

  • Lack of Communication: Difficulty in contacting the lawyer, including unreturned phone calls and general unreachability.
  • Infrequent Visits to Incarcerated Clients: Allegations of minimal visits to clients held in jail.
  • Poor Service Quality: An overall assessment of the lawyer being "no good" and a recommendation against hiring him, even as a public defender.
  • Racist Perception: A severe accusation from the reviewer's family that the lawyer "comes across as racist."

Due to the gravity of these negative reviews, it is imperative for any potential client to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering retaining Scott Gsell for legal representation. This lawyer gets no stars from my family. He's no good and comes across as racist. He's hard to get in touch, he doesn't return phone calls and is hard to reach. He barely comes to visit you while in jail. I wouldn't advise no one to hire him as a lawyer or defense attorney. I wouldn't advise to accept as a free public defender neither.
