I heart Ruben Store back in 2016 for slipping fall injury. I had to do two surgeries the amount of money that I walked away with was pennies They got the surgery to zero balance I still walked away with pennies I really think they didn’t know what they was doing. They told me one thing the following week All lies my son Got shot an apartment complex we hired a lawyer. He did no surgery and walked away with 200,000. I would never hire you guys again. I don’t care if you publish this or not you are not the people you are for your pockets.

Several years ago my sister had appendicitis… after multiple trips to Jackson hospital they repeatedly did lab work and kept sending her back home with pain medication. My sister nearly died at home when her appendix bursted for negligence and malpractice. With the attempt to sue the hospital my parents reached out to Rubinstein law.. needless to say when you’re up against a pretty big hospital and money talks, the lawyers were bought out by Jackson and we never heard from them again. :)

Some law firms have giant billboards all over the place but they have dubious record of being disloyal and unprofessional in dealing with their clients. In the end, they throw their clients under the bus. That is exactly what Attorney Edismary Brito, legal assistant Mariangelos, and paralegal Maria Villegas at Rubenstein Law did to me. I hired them to help me settle my insurance claim. They started by making medical appointments for me. I attended physical therapy appointments, saw a doctor and got X-rays and MRIs. So, I accumulated bills. After more than one month into the case, they brought in Maria Villegas to help me with the property damage part but she was not forthcoming with info regarding the case. At some point, she started talking like she was the marketing or promotion officer for the insurance company(GEICO)that I was dealing with. Instead of getting them(GEICO) to pay for my total loss, she was always defending their decisions. So, one morning, I called to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the way she was handling my total loss payment. This had nothing to do with Edismary Brito's part of the case. However, Rubenstein Law called all the places that I was receiving treatment and told them that they should end the treatment immediately because I do not have a case. When I called them to find out why, Edismary Brito(my attorney), Mariangelos(the legal assistant) and Maria(the property damage expert) refused to talk to me let alone explain. They are required by law to at least tell me why they were dropping my case but they refused to do that. I later received two emails with an attached letter saying after reviewing my case, they regret to tell me they cannot continue with the case. No explanation whatsoever. This was after more than a month. I had to get another attorney quickly. A void these guys to save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment. They are motivated by favoritism, nepotism, selfishness, and money. They don't care about professionalism, loyalty to their clients, and the ethics of the legal profession. I am sharing my experience to protect future clients and, hopefully, to get Rubenstein Law to improve their staff's attitude towards clients.
