The provided information does not offer specific details about the environment of Roberts & Richmond PA's office. However, a physical address on Central Avenue typically implies a professional office setting where clients can meet with their legal counsel in a confidential environment. The atmosphere of a law firm can contribute to a client's comfort and trust in their representation.
The two client reviews available offer contrasting perspectives on the services provided by Roberts & Richmond PA. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction, raising concerns about the firm's approach, particularly in felony cases. The client initially had high expectations based on positive online reviews but felt misled. This client alleges that the firm seemed primarily motivated by securing payment without adequately exploring alternative options, such as potential programs or services that could have dismissed the case without the need for extensive legal representation. The reviewer suggests that as a PA (presumably implying a role similar to a public defender or having a strong understanding of public resources), the firm should have been more knowledgeable about such programs. The client also mentions a lack of certainty from the firm regarding the potential for their case to be dismissed, leading to a feeling of uncertainty despite having paid a significant portion of their legal fees. Ultimately, this client does not recommend Roberts & Richmond PA.
In contrast, the second review expresses strong appreciation for the services, commitment, and communication provided by someone at the firm. This client specifically mentions assistance with a first-time offense and conveys great gratitude for the help received. This positive feedback highlights a potentially different experience, suggesting that the firm may have successfully assisted clients in certain types of cases, particularly those involving first-time offenses.
Considering these two divergent reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the services and features of Roberts & Richmond PA without further information. The negative review raises concerns about their handling of more serious felony cases and their diligence in exploring all available options for clients, while the positive review indicates successful assistance in at least one instance involving a first-time offense. This suggests that the firm's effectiveness and client experience may vary depending on the specifics of the case and the individual client's needs.
The available information does not include any explicit promotional details about Roberts & Richmond PA. Law firms often highlight their areas of expertise, successful case outcomes, or unique approaches to client service as part of their promotional efforts. In the absence of such information here, potential clients will need to rely on available reviews and their direct interactions with the firm to gauge whether their services align with their specific legal requirements.
For local users in Charlotte seeking legal representation and considering Roberts & Richmond PA, it is advisable to carefully weigh the available feedback. The stark contrast between the two reviews underscores the importance of discussing the specifics of one's case in detail during an initial consultation. Potential clients should inquire about the firm's experience in handling similar cases, their approach to exploring all possible resolutions, and their fee structure. Asking about the level of certainty or the potential outcomes of a case is also crucial for managing expectations.
In conclusion, Roberts & Richmond PA, located on Central Ave in Charlotte, NC, operates within the "Nearby Lawyers" category. The firm has received contrasting reviews, with one client expressing significant dissatisfaction regarding their handling of a felony case and their alleged focus on payment over exploring alternative solutions. Conversely, another client expressed great satisfaction with the firm's services in a first-time offense case, praising their commitment and communication. Potential clients in Charlotte should consider these differing experiences and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the firm, to determine if Roberts & Richmond PA is the right fit for their specific legal needs.

At first i was thinking this was the best lawyer to get because of all the great reviews they have on here. I was greatly mistaken, this is a firm that needs the money from the looks of it. I've paid them most of my balance of $1500 but before i started paying them i asked if getting a lawyer was the best option, not knowing there's certain programs and services that throw lawyers and attorneys out the window like they don't even exists. As PA, or a public defender, they should know the law. A POLICE officer called me asking if my public defender or my attorney (if i had one) had talked to me about a program that can fully dismiss my case. When i asked Roberts and Richmond p.a. about it they acted as if they knew nothing about the program. So either they don't know too much about felony cases and solutions or they literally just take your money first just to see if they can help you. When i ask them about how sure they were about my case getting thrown out it was always a "we should be able to" or "maybe", nothing was ever "for sure" which isn't really positive cause you're going in there with so much uncertainty. I do not recommend them.
I very much appreciate the services and commitment and also the communication, she helped me with a first time offense and i am so greatfull for her .
