While specific details about the firm's office environment are not available online, it is typical for law practices to maintain a professional setting conducive to client consultations and legal work.
Based on the available customer reviews, it appears that Pinnacle Law, with attorney Jeremy mentioned by name, focuses on estate settlement services. However, the experiences shared by these reviewers are overwhelmingly negative, raising significant concerns about the firm's competency and client communication practices.
One review describes Pinnacle Law as "one of the most incompetent practices of law I have ever witnessed." The client reports paying over $3,000 for Jeremy and his paralegal to settle their mother's estate, only to discover nearly a year after her passing that the estate was not settled correctly and required a complete restart. This indicates a critical failure in providing the core service for which they were retained.
The same review highlights severe issues with communication, stating that the firm was "near impossible to get in touch with" and that Jeremy allegedly did not handle even simple tasks. Despite Jeremy's claim of being "very comfortable" working with estates, the client found this to be demonstrably untrue. The overall experience with Pinnacle Law is described as creating "more stress and anxiety than help from the start," leading the client to explicitly state they "would not recommend" the firm.
Another review echoes these sentiments, accusing the practice of taking advantage of vulnerable individuals – a wife and sister-in-law – in the difficult period following their mother's death. According to this review, after a brief initial meeting, Jeremy promised to expedite the closing of the estate and charged $3,000 upfront. Following full payment, the client alleges that Jeremy became "next to impossible to get ahold of," with all subsequent communication being handled through his assistant.
The process of balancing what the reviewer describes as a "very meager estate" took an inordinate seven months, and even then, it was done incorrectly. The client reports having to "beg and plead via email for resolution for months" before ultimately being forced to hire another attorney. The subsequent review by the new attorney revealed significant errors in the initial handling of the estate, including improper inventory and a failure to review the will adequately, leading to "egregious interpretations."
Adding to the negative experience, the reviewer recounts an instance where Jeremy's paralegal allegedly complained to the client about how much of a "headache" the case had been for her. The client finds it "unfathomable" that a practice claiming to specialize in estate affairs would exhibit such callousness alongside "being completely inept at their jobs." The review concludes with the hope that leaving a public review might finally elicit a response from the firm.
Based on these two detailed and highly critical reviews, there is no positive information available to highlight the services or features of Pinnacle Law. Both clients describe significant failures in the firm's ability to properly handle estate settlement, coupled with severe deficiencies in communication and client service. The repeated allegations of incompetence, lack of responsiveness, and the creation of additional stress for clients in vulnerable situations paint a concerning picture of the practice.
There is no promotional information available for Pinnacle Law within these reviews. Instead, the consistent negative feedback serves as a strong caution for potential clients seeking estate settlement services in the Charlotte area. The experiences shared suggest that engaging Pinnacle Law may lead to significant delays, errors, increased stress, and the potential need to hire additional legal counsel to rectify mistakes.
For local users browsing the Nearby Lawyers platform and considering Pinnacle Law for estate matters, it is strongly recommended to exercise extreme caution and carefully consider the experiences shared by these former clients. The allegations of incompetence, poor communication, and financial mismanagement are serious and should not be overlooked. Potential clients may want to seek further reviews or consider alternative legal practices with a more established and positive track record in estate administration.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Pinnacle Law in Charlotte, NC, is overwhelmingly negative, focusing on significant failures in estate settlement services and client communication. The reviews detail experiences of incorrect handling of legal matters, difficulty in contacting the firm, and a lack of professionalism. Potential clients seeking legal assistance with estate administration in Charlotte should carefully weigh this information and consider seeking services from other law firms with more favorable client feedback.

One of the most incompetent practices of law I have ever witnessed. After paying over $3,000 for Jeremy and his paralegal to settle my mothers estate, we find out it was never settled correctly and are now having to completely start over almost a year after her passing. This firm was near impossible to get in touch with and Jeremy did not even handle the simplest of tasks we asked of him. He stated he was “very comfortable” working with estates but obviously this could not have been further from the truth. This firm has created more stress and anxiety than help from the start. Would not recommend.
This practice took advantage of my wife and sister-in-law in their most vulnerable state after the loss of their mother. After a brief, in-person interview, Jeremy promised to help expeditiously close their mothers’s estate and charged them $3k on the spot. After being paid in full he was next to impossible to get ahold. All subsequent correspondence was through his assistant. It took 7 months to incorrectly balance a very meager estate. After begging and pleading via email for resolution for months, my wife was forced to hire another attorney. Not only did she find that the estate was improperly inventoried, but also that the will was never reviewed (or if it had been, egregious interpretations were made). On top of everything above, his paralegal decides to tell my wife how much of a headache this has been for her. It’s unfathomable to me that a practice claiming to specialize in estate affairs would be so callous on top of being completely inept at their jobs. Now that we’ve left a review in a public forum, maybe we’ll hear from him.
