I can't believe some of these negative responses! This is one of the most experienced attorneys I've ever known, a straight dog in the court room, a real deal court room bully , trust me when I say he's a real one , he helped me more than once, he even helped a lot of people I know, and when he's late it's part of his strategy or he knows he got it beat #facts no bs all the judges and states attorneys knows him and rumor has it..,... They are all scared of him and owes him favors

If I could give 0 stars I would. You got this lawyer run away and find new counsel. He doesn't research your case nor will he represent you correctly. He doesn't communicate with his clients, he misses court dates, he isn't receptive to clients suggesting cases that can potentially help nor does he do his own homework/investigation. He is a cop out lawyer and would rather convince you to take an offer than fight for your innocence.

I was charged with a Class x (Drug Charge) and initially hired Mr Kloak for $500 he never showed up for court or filed any paperwork! After being released from custody I did research and read reviews I asked for a full refund! He is very unprofessional and it’s scary to think I put my fate and freedom in his hands. I sought an experienced law firm with special focus on my charges.

About Richard C. Kloak
Within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, which serves to connect individuals with legal professionals in their immediate vicinity, Attorney Richard C. Kloak operates from his office at 6914 W North Ave, Chicago, IL 60707, USA. This placement makes him a physically accessible option for residents in Chicago and surrounding areas who are seeking legal representation. The designation "Nearby Lawyers" underscores the convenience and localized service that attorneys like Mr. Kloak aim to provide to their community.
Regarding the environment of Richard C. Kloak's practice, while specific details about the interior aesthetics or office setup are not provided, one can generally expect a legal office to maintain a professional, organized, and confidential atmosphere. Given the nature of legal work, particularly in areas that may involve courtroom proceedings, the office environment would likely be structured to facilitate client meetings, document review, and strategic planning. The physical location on North Avenue in Chicago suggests a presence within a busy urban corridor, which offers both visibility and accessibility to a broad range of potential clients.
The services offered by Richard C. Kloak, based on the provided reviews, appear to be centered around litigation and courtroom representation, particularly in a defense capacity. One client describes him as "a straight dog in the court room, a real deal court room bully," indicating an aggressive and tenacious approach to legal advocacy. This suggests that Mr. Kloak is likely involved in areas requiring strong courtroom presence and adversarial skills, such as criminal defense, civil litigation, or other areas where a lawyer's ability to "fight for your innocence" (as one review notes) is paramount. The review mentioning that he has "helped me more than once" and "helped a lot of people I know" points to a practice that has garnered repeat clients and referrals, often indicative of an attorney handling ongoing or various legal issues for individuals.
The features of Richard C. Kloak's legal practice, as illuminated by client feedback, present a dichotomy that is important for prospective clients to consider. One perspective emphasizes his extensive experience and formidable courtroom presence. This client highlights his perceived effectiveness, stating, "This is one of the most experienced attorneys I've ever known." They go further, suggesting that "all the judges and states attorneys knows him and rumor has it,... They are all scared of him and owes him favors," which, while an unsubstantiated rumor, paints a picture of a lawyer with a strong reputation and influence within the legal system. This client also offers a unique interpretation of tardiness, suggesting it's "part of his strategy or he knows he got it beat #facts no bs." This portrayal suggests a lawyer who operates with a high degree of confidence and potentially unconventional methods that, from this client's view, yield positive results.
Conversely, another review offers a starkly different perspective on Mr. Kloak's features and effectiveness. This client would give "0 stars" if possible and advises to "run away and find new counsel." Key concerns raised include a lack of research into cases, insufficient representation, poor client communication ("He doesn't communicate with his clients"), missed court dates, and an unwillingness to consider client suggestions or conduct independent investigation. This review characterizes him as a "cop out lawyer" who would "rather convince you to take an offer than fight for your innocence." These points highlight a significant concern regarding diligence, client advocacy, and procedural adherence, which are fundamental aspects of effective legal representation.
Given these divergent accounts, the key features of Richard C. Kloak's practice appear to be intensely debated among those who have utilized his services. For a "Nearby Lawyers" platform, presenting this range of feedback is crucial for objective introduction. One prominent feature, as per a positive review, is his perceived effectiveness in the courtroom, potentially due to experience and a strong reputation. However, a countervailing feature, as per a negative review, is a concerning lack of communication, diligence, and proactive case management. Prospective clients would need to weigh these differing accounts carefully. The accessibility of his phone number, (773) 320-0107, and mobile number, +1 773-320-0107, suggests he is reachable, although the communication aspect itself is a point of contention in the reviews.
In terms of promotional information, an objective introduction must acknowledge the conflicting testimonials. For the "Nearby Lawyers" category, the firm might implicitly promote itself through its established presence in Chicago and its experience, as noted by the positive reviewer. The idea of an "experienced" attorney who is a "real deal court room bully" could be a draw for clients seeking aggressive representation. However, any promotional efforts would need to be mindful of the equally strong negative feedback, which raises questions about professionalism, communication, and client service. Instead of direct promotional claims, an objective introduction on a "Nearby Lawyers" platform would present the available information transparently, allowing users to draw their own conclusions based on their priorities and what they value in legal counsel. If the firm were to engage in direct promotion, it might focus on the successes and experience that the positive reviewer highlights, perhaps inviting a consultation to demonstrate their approach, while also having strategies in place to address or mitigate the concerns raised by critical feedback. For instance, emphasizing initial consultations could allow prospective clients to assess the communication style and case management approach before making a commitment.
