Outstanding, Outstanding customer service and expertise. Mr. Rai took so much time to offer support and advice regarding my case. I could not of asked for a better lawyer and legal assistance. Rai Law gave me hope and the tools I need regarding my Foreclosure case. I have never met a lawyer with more sincerity and conviction. He is hard working, consistent and thorough. I give him not 5 stars but 100 gold stars.

I hired this attorney for a loan modification case. I paid him the $1000 and he never communicated with me after appearing in court. I missed a court date and he did not tell me about it. When I asked him to withdraw, he lied and said he really did not appear. He knew I would be desperate so he figured I would hire him back. Nope. Trust is a two way street and he blew too many red lights. Another attorney sent me his appearance after he lied to me and until then he finally agreed to withdraw. He then filed a motion for leave. This attorney tactic allowed him to cover up his mistake and blame it on me in court. See the pics. He has these 5 star reviews but based on the way he treated me I can see he tells people to put them up for him to get him business. Back to my matter. When I related to the court that another attorney would not speak with me unless he withdrew, he retaliated and misrepresented to the court allegations to help the other side’s case. I communicated via email with him and never responded to me to correct a court order due to his behavior. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical. Who would deny a legitimate loan modification. This guy is a huge liar who made a deal with the other side because he is lazy. He just wants $$$$$ or he will throw you under the bus. He is the reason why people hate the "Chicago Way" attorneys. STAY AWAY!

We were faced with foreclosure starting September 2022, so we hired an Attorney to represent us. The attorney kept stalling and stalling, not keeping us abreast of the process activity.We grew sick of this attorney. Then we received a postcard July 2024 from RAI Law informing us that our property was being foreclosed in a couple of months. At first I didn't believe the postcard. I thought it was another scam. We decided to research this claim, and found it to be true. Imagine our dismay when we saw our property on the schedule for foreclosure We immediately contacted the ARDC to report that attorney that scammed us. Then we called RAI and talked to them. To our surprise RAI had a reasonable rate that we could afford and manage. We liked what he said and promised and decided to hire them immediately. In a couple of months, we were off the schedule of foreclosure and working on terms and conditions to save our house. It only took them a couple of months to handle this matter. That other attorney was getting close to 2 years! We did decide to use the document preparation service with RAI Law. I couldn't have handled doing all of that stuff myself. It was worth it! Hire the team!!!
