Nicole Soltanzadeh was amazing to work with! I live in Houston, and my brother died in Chicago in 2022 where he lived. I reached out to Nicole for help. I had never been an executor for an estate, and this situation had so many parts to it that were time consuming and several companies to contact and work with. A lot of difficulties with Stan's bank and financial problems that required multiple phone calls. Nicole guided me through all of the processes and what to do, including responsibilities of an administrator. She advised me on how to deal with investors for the condo, helped with the plumbing problems with the condo and worked with an attorney on the sale. She advised me about outstanding medical and other bills, property taxes. She advised me on Unclaimed Property - which I learned they would sell the stocks that were turned over to them so I did not have to deal with the stock companies that would have taken months longer to receive the stocks. Nicole advised me about setting up the estate account and working with the HOA president for condo problems. Nicole suggested that I prepare a listing of all expenses for the accountant, documentation I needed to provide to her to keep her up-to-date on status of all work. Nicole let me do a lot of the clerical work to save money. She set up a bond for the sale of a truck for my brother. The list goes on and on. Nicole helped me stay sane during 8 months of almost full time work on this process. She was the best attorney and mentor I could have asked for !! I highly recommend her. And her fees were reasonable, an unbeatable combination!
