Pritzker Law Group Introduce

For local users in Philadelphia navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, the "Nearby Lawyers" category features Pritzker Law Group, situated at 1521 Locust St #605, Philadelphia, PA 19102, USA. Located on Locust Street, a well-known area in Philadelphia, the 6th-floor office likely provides a professional setting for client meetings and legal work. Being in a multi-story building suggests a business-oriented environment suitable for discussing important real estate matters.

Based on the available customer reviews, Pritzker Law Group, particularly through attorney Adam Pritzker, appears to offer specific expertise in real estate law. One satisfied client specifically retained Adam Pritzker to review their condominium documents prior to a purchase. This review highlights the firm's ability to handle substantial documentation efficiently, completing the review within an impressive 24-hour timeframe. The client also noted the thoroughness of the work performed by Adam Pritzker and his team, indicating a commitment to providing quality legal review for real estate transactions.

The services offered by Pritzker Law Group, based on the positive review, include the review of real estate documents, such as condominium documents, in preparation for a purchase. This service is crucial for prospective buyers to understand their rights, responsibilities, and any potential issues associated with the property and its governing documents. The efficiency demonstrated in this case suggests that the firm is well-organized and capable of handling time-sensitive real estate matters. Furthermore, the positive experience of receiving a refund for coming in below the retainer indicates transparency and fair billing practices, which can be a significant factor for clients choosing legal representation.

A notable feature of Pritzker Law Group, as highlighted by the positive review, is their efficiency and speed in handling real estate document reviews. The ability to turn around a "huge" document within 24 hours suggests a streamlined process and a dedicated team. This can be particularly beneficial for clients facing tight deadlines during real estate transactions. Additionally, the fact that the service was provided below the initial retainer and resulted in a refund speaks to the firm's integrity and commitment to cost-effectiveness for their clients.

However, it is important to consider all available feedback. The subsequent reviews present a contrasting experience regarding the firm's initial client interaction. One prospective client reported a frustrating issue with the automated phone system, where selecting the option for new consultations led to an immediate disconnection. This technical difficulty seemingly prevented the potential client from even speaking with a representative to inquire about services.

The negative experience with the phone system raises concerns about the accessibility and responsiveness of the firm to new clients. The prospective client expressed apprehension about entrusting a significant life event like a first-time home purchase to a firm that appears unable to manage its phone communications effectively or seems "uninterested in speaking to prospective clients." This feedback suggests a potential disconnect between the positive service provided to retained clients and the initial point of contact for new inquiries.

While there is a positive testimonial regarding the quality and efficiency of their real estate document review services, the issues reported with the phone system could be a significant barrier for potential clients trying to engage with Pritzker Law Group for the first time. It is crucial for local users to be aware of this feedback when considering contacting the firm for their legal needs.

If you are a local user in Philadelphia seeking legal assistance with real estate matters, particularly the review of condominium documents or consultations regarding home purchases, you can contact Pritzker Law Group at (215) 543-3688 or their mobile number, +1 215-543-3688. Their office is located at 1521 Locust St #605. However, based on the recent feedback, it might be prudent to be persistent in your attempts to reach them and clearly state your inquiry.

In conclusion, Pritzker Law Group, operating within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, has received positive feedback regarding their efficiency and quality in handling real estate document reviews, particularly for condominium purchases. Attorney Adam Pritzker is specifically commended for his expertise and the firm's ability to provide thorough service within a short timeframe and at a reasonable cost. However, potential clients should also be aware of reported issues with the firm's phone system and the difficulty in reaching them for initial consultations. Local users interested in their real estate legal services may need to exercise patience when attempting to contact the firm.

For local residents of Philadelphia in need of real estate legal assistance, Pritzker Law Group offers a potentially efficient and cost-effective solution for document review. However, the reported challenges with their phone communication warrant consideration when making initial contact to discuss your legal needs.

I retained Adam Pritzker to review my Condo Docs before a purchase. Despite the document being huge he and his team were able to turn it around in 24 hours. They did great work. Best of all it came in below retainer and I just received a refund check. I would recommend his firm for real estate issues.

As a prospective client looking for consultation services regarding closing on a home purchase their phone line is useless. Selecting the appropriate option for new consultation promptly ends the call. I can't imagine working with a group or wanting them present at a life changing event such as a first time home purchase if they're unable to manage their automated phone options or are simly uninterested in speaking to prospective clients

They provided helpful notes regarding a long document I needed reviewed. Fees weren’t terrible and there was a clear itemized list of hours and breakdown etc. Nice people but when it comes to email communication they are slow to respond. If you have a deadline, or require urgency regarding any matter consider your options wisely.

I rarely leave reviews - you either need to meaningfully exceed my expectations or upset me to the point that I take the time to make it known and warn others. Bottom line: stay away from this firm. First, their phone number is useless – it always goes to voicemail, and no one ever calls you back. They suggest emailing, so I emailed them on 9/10 to get things started. Every email response takes about 4 days, and none of their replies are helpful. They make you jump through hoops – fill out forms, sign agreements, then more agreements – just to schedule an initial consultation, and then they waste your time. As the deadline of 10/7 approached, I tried to hurry them, but they kept asking for more information and claiming they were waiting for a partner to review things. Even though they knew about the 10/7 deadline, they continued dragging things out. Eventually, I realized that relying on them would mean missing the deadline, so I filed the appeal myself. Then, on 10/9, they had the nerve to send a marketing email offering “help” if you missed the deadline. I would have missed it because of their incompetence!

Allison was amazing through the whole process of my tax abatement for my new construction house. She responded to me promptly and always responded to me same day. I would definitely recommend Pritzker law group.
