When seeking legal assistance in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, finding a law firm that aligns with your specific needs and treats you with respect is crucial. Within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, Console Mattiacci Law, located at 1525 Locust St, offers legal services to the Philadelphia community. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed and objective overview of the firm, drawing upon the available client reviews to illuminate their potential environment, services, features, and contrasting experiences reported by individuals who have interacted with them.
Console Mattiacci Law operates from an office situated on Locust Street in Philadelphia. This address places them in a central and accessible area of the city, likely within a professional or commercial building. While specific details about the firm's physical environment are not provided online, it is typical for law offices to maintain a setting that allows for private client consultations and the efficient management of legal casework. Clients can generally expect a space designed to ensure confidentiality and facilitate comfortable discussions regarding their legal matters. The location on Locust Street offers a tangible point of contact for residents of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas seeking legal counsel.
The client reviews provide some insight into the potential services offered by Console Mattiacci Law. One positive review highlights the firm's willingness and ability to take on an employment law case that other firms declined, particularly involving an EEOC complaint with an approaching statute of limitations. The reviewer specifically praises "Emily" for her prompt action and achieving results within a week of the initial call. This suggests that Console Mattiacci Law has experience in employment law matters and is willing to handle cases with time-sensitive deadlines. The positive experience also emphasizes the firm's attentiveness to clients, ensuring they feel heard, not rushed or dismissed, and that they understand the legal proceedings, especially those unfamiliar with the system.
However, a contrasting negative review presents a significantly different perspective. This reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the firm's responsiveness and communication, alleging a lack of action over a three-month period followed by a "disrespectful email." The reviewer accuses the firm of prioritizing financial gain over client care and criticizes their alleged unprofessional treatment. This feedback raises serious concerns about the firm's client communication and case management in at least one instance. It is important for potential clients to consider both the positive and negative feedback when evaluating Console Mattiacci Law.
Based on the available reviews, it appears that Console Mattiacci Law handles employment law cases, as evidenced by the positive experience related to an EEOC complaint. The firm's features, as suggested by the positive review, include a willingness to take on challenging cases with tight deadlines, prompt action, effective communication (at least in some instances), and a client-focused approach where individuals feel heard and understood. The mention of "Emily" as a key contact in the positive review suggests she may be an attorney or a senior paralegal specializing in employment law within the firm.
Conversely, the negative review raises concerns about potential issues with responsiveness, communication quality, and overall client treatment in other cases. This stark contrast in experiences underscores the importance of thorough due diligence when selecting a legal representative. Potential clients should consider the possibility of varying levels of service or communication depending on the specifics of their case or the individuals they interact with at the firm.
Regarding promotional information, none is explicitly stated. The positive client review, however, can be seen as a powerful testimonial promoting the firm's ability to handle employment law cases efficiently and with care. The reviewer's strong recommendation serves as a positive endorsement. On the other hand, the negative review acts as a cautionary note, potentially deterring some potential clients. Without additional information from the firm itself, such as a website or other marketing materials, it is challenging to ascertain their broader promotional strategies.
In conclusion, Console Mattiacci Law, located in Philadelphia, is a law firm within the "Nearby Lawyers" category that appears to handle employment law cases, among other potential areas. While one client reported a highly positive experience characterized by prompt action, effective communication, and a successful outcome in an employment law matter, another client expressed significant dissatisfaction with the firm's responsiveness and communication style. Local users considering Console Mattiacci Law for their legal needs should carefully weigh these contrasting perspectives. It is recommended that potential clients contact the firm directly to discuss their specific legal issues, inquire about their areas of expertise and approach to client communication, and potentially seek additional references or reviews to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the firm's practices and client satisfaction levels before making a decision.

I am beyond blessed to have been represented by Console Mattiacci Law. My issue was very cut and dry. EEOC agreed and started the complaint process and yet 3 different law firms did not want to take my case against my employer. I had a statute of limitations date approaching, yet Emily did not hesitate to help me and got the ball rolling quickly. They barely had a few weeks and got me results within a week of my first phone call. I appreciate the time taken to hear me out. I never felt rushed, or dismissed. I finally felt heard. I hope to never have to go through what I went through ever again but if I ever find myself in a similar situation I will never hesitate to contact Console Mattiacci Law .
Don’t do business with this trash company, I have a case and they act like there to good to take the time and figure out what’s going on I reached out to them October and 3 months later still nothing then I wake up to a disrespectful email talking to me like I’m a child I know y’all just want the money and don’t care about the people but it’s ways of going about doing your job and obviously if you don’t wanna do your job go work somewhere else. Plain and simple no reason a law firm should treat people like that they not vanguard or no big company.
I felt like they didn't represent me as a poc that dealt with a toxic work incident. Emily at crucial times lacked compassion and can be condescending. When you have never been in the type of situation I was in, you need someone who will take the time and explain in detail to you everything. No matter how many times you ask, this is your job and at times I feel like she forgot that. This is my opinion of my experience no need for console to reply with "we never represented you" like you did last time I posted a review:) Marci Shepard
In a league of their own and I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend. I will be forever grateful for their expertise, professionalism, compassion, and dedication to justice. Thank you all.

I have worked with members of the Console Mattiacci team including Mr. Daniel Orlow and I was thoroughly impressed with the attention, knowledge and support I was given. Most importantly, the team is RESPONSIVE and always returned my calls and emails very quickly which was fantastic as I was extremely stressed at the time.
