A HARD WORKING MACHINE WHO GETS RESULTS I had a very tough case. My elbow was injured in a hit & run while pushing a shopping cart in a local supermarket lot. The police wouldn't provide a report or help " a shopping cart Involved" the supermarket wouldn't help "not our lot" but a co-worker did help by referring Norman R. Colon Esq. to this tricky case. Mr. Colon got to work immediately by first convincing the insurance company to accept an MV-104 instead of a police report, then had me give a recorded statement to my insurance company. Next, he filed all forms to preserve my claim for UM hit-and-run benefits. He didn't stop there! After extensive preparation and presentation of evidence in the form of medical records, photographs, affidavits, intermediate narrative reports, nerve studies, range of motion studies, and more, Mr. Colon did convince my auto insurance to honor the claim. He settled it for a well deserved substantial sum that I was very pleased with and which I immediately accepted.
