Newfield & Bress Introduce

Welcome to the introduction of Newfield & Bress, a law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. As a listing in the 'Nearby Lawyers' category, Newfield & Bress offers legal services from their office situated at 315 Madison Ave, 3rd floor, Suite 3027, New York, NY 10017, USA. This central location in a prominent business district suggests accessibility for clients throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Based on the limited online feedback available, there appear to be contrasting experiences reported by individuals who have interacted with Newfield & Bress. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the services received, specifically in the context of pursuing a green card. The reviewer recounts a negative experience involving an individual named Alex (whose last name was not provided), alleging a lack of proper transaction receipts and infrequent direct contact with the named lawyer. The reviewer further states that they believe they wasted both time and money, and that they were advised they had no chance of success in their green card application, despite believing they had a strong case.

This negative review raises several concerns regarding transparency in financial transactions and the level of direct attorney involvement in the client's case, at least in this particular instance. The lack of receipts beyond a business card for transactions, as reported, could be a point of concern for clients needing to track expenses and ensure proper billing practices. Additionally, the limited interaction with the lawyer, who was reportedly "always in charge," might lead some clients to feel less connected to their legal representation and less informed about the progress of their case.

The same negative review also touches upon the assessment of the client's legal prospects, specifically regarding the green card application. The client's assertion that they had a "good case" contrasts with the advice received from the firm, leading to frustration and a feeling of wasted resources. This highlights the importance of clear and thorough communication between a lawyer and their client regarding the viability of their case and the potential challenges involved.

In contrast to this negative experience, another review offers a positive perspective, describing the attorneys at Newfield & Bress as "kind hearted excellent attorneys." This brief but affirmative statement suggests that at least one client had a favorable experience with the firm, perceiving the lawyers as both compassionate and highly competent in their legal abilities. This contrasting feedback indicates that experiences with Newfield & Bress may vary.

Given the limited and conflicting nature of the available reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the overall environment and specific services of Newfield & Bress. However, the mention of a green card application in the negative review suggests that immigration law may be one area of practice for the firm. The positive review's description of the attorneys as "excellent" implies a level of professional skill and legal knowledge.

For local users in New York City considering Newfield & Bress for their legal needs, it would be prudent to approach with careful consideration and due diligence. The office's location at 315 Madison Avenue offers a convenient option for those working or residing in Midtown Manhattan. However, the significant concerns raised in one of the reviews, particularly regarding financial transparency and case management, warrant thorough inquiry and discussion prior to engaging their services.

Potential clients may wish to contact Newfield & Bress directly at (212) 661-1344 or +1 212-661-1344 to inquire about their specific areas of practice, their billing procedures, and the level of direct attorney involvement they can expect. It would be advisable to discuss any concerns arising from the negative review and to seek clarification on the firm's client communication practices and fee structures. Requesting detailed information about the attorneys' experience and qualifications in the specific area of law relevant to their needs would also be a prudent step.

In conclusion, Newfield & Bress is a law firm located on Madison Avenue in New York City. Available online feedback presents a mixed picture, with one client expressing significant dissatisfaction related to a green card case, citing issues with financial transparency and case assessment, while another client described the attorneys as "kind hearted excellent attorneys." Due to this conflicting information, local users considering Newfield & Bress for legal representation should conduct thorough due diligence and direct inquiries to the firm to ensure their services align with their individual needs and expectations.

Be careful with this Lawyers. We wasted a lot of money with them. And the person called Alex ( now I am asking myself Alex what) no last name. He used to give us not receipt for every transaction only. Business card was the receipt. I know that was my responsibility to ask for a receipt and I never saw the Lawyer ( he was always in charge) we wasted money and time. Because we had a good case to get a green card. This person always told us that we didn’t have any chance to get anything. Please people open your eyes. Becareful.
