When facing legal issues, particularly those related to property and tenancy, finding a lawyer with relevant expertise in your local area is crucial. This introduction focuses on Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC., located at 160 Broadway # 710, New York, NY 10038, USA. Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC. operates from a commercial address situated on the 7th floor of a building on Broadway in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. This location offers accessibility for clients throughout the city. While specific details about the office environment are not provided in the given information, a law office in this area typically maintains a professional setting suitable for client consultations and legal work. For local users in New York, a centrally located law office can offer convenience for meetings and case-related activities.

Based on the available customer reviews, Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC. appears to have experience in handling eviction cases. One positive review mentions using their services "multiple times for evictions" and consistently receiving "excellent service with a good outcome." The client further notes that the firm has "always been honest and priced well" and expresses a strong recommendation. This suggests that a significant area of their practice may involve landlord-tenant law, specifically representing landlords in eviction proceedings. Potential clients who are landlords seeking legal assistance with evictions in New York City might find this experience relevant to their needs.

However, a contrasting and highly negative review presents a different perspective on the firm's services, particularly for those facing eviction. This review strongly advises individuals in such a situation to "seek professional help elsewhere." The reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction with their experience, describing an individual, presumably associated with the firm, as "condescending," prone to "talking over you," and unwilling to provide information without charging for every communication. The review alleges a lack of concern for the client's best interests and recounts a negative personal experience leading to the client terminating their services and finding more satisfactory representation elsewhere. This feedback raises significant concerns about the firm's client service approach, communication practices, and overall empathy towards clients facing difficult circumstances like eviction.

Considering the conflicting nature of these reviews, it is challenging to definitively highlight positive "features" of Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC. without further information or a broader consensus in client feedback. The positive review emphasizes successful outcomes in eviction cases for landlords, honesty, and reasonable pricing. These could be considered potential features for clients with similar needs. However, the negative review paints a starkly different picture, alleging poor interpersonal skills, a lack of transparency, and a focus on maximizing billable hours over client well-being. This feedback suggests potential issues with client relations and communication that prospective clients should carefully consider.

Regarding promotional information, there are no specific promotions or special offers mentioned in the provided data. Law firms sometimes offer initial consultations to potential clients to discuss their case and explain their services. To learn if Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC. offers such a consultation and what their fee structure is, interested individuals should contact their office directly. Inquiring about their experience in specific types of cases relevant to the potential client's needs would also be a prudent step.

In conclusion, Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC., located in the Financial District of New York City, appears to have experience in eviction cases, with one client reporting positive outcomes and satisfaction with their services and pricing. However, another client shared a highly negative experience, alleging unprofessional conduct, poor communication, and a lack of client focus, particularly in the context of representing individuals facing eviction. Local users in the "Nearby Lawyers" category should carefully consider these contrasting reviews when deciding whether to engage Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC. Landlords seeking assistance with evictions may find the positive review encouraging, while individuals facing eviction should weigh the serious concerns raised in the negative review and potentially seek additional information or consider alternative legal representation. Due to the conflicting feedback, thorough due diligence, including contacting the firm directly to discuss their specific situation and potentially seeking additional reviews or references, is strongly recommended for any potential client.

For local users navigating landlord-tenant disputes, particularly eviction proceedings, the information available presents a mixed picture regarding Mizrahi Law Offices, LLC. While one account suggests positive experiences for landlords, another raises significant red flags about their client service approach when representing those facing eviction. This disparity underscores the importance of careful consideration and further investigation before making a decision about legal representation.

I would give zero stars if I could. If you have the unfortunate situation of dealing with an eviction case, do yourself a favor and seek professional help elsewhere - with a firm that will at least somewhat lookout for your best interest. As a professional, I've not come across an individual who hates dealing with people, life, or his profession as much as Robert M. He is condescending, talks over you, and will not offer information on your case or the process without charging you for every email and question you have. For your best interest, read all of the bad reviews on this site (and note: he will refute every single one of them, a complete lack of accountability), sadly they are all true. I wish I read the negative reviews and taken them seriously as clients who paid hefty prices for unfortunate scenarios do not seek to be tortured and punished some more, but that is what you will get if you spend money with this firm. Btw, I did fire them and seek help from another law firm and are much happier and satisfied as a result!

For several months, I had suffered with a nuisance squatter who had taken over my apartment in NYC, and with the help of Robert, Dmitriy, and the team of Mizrahi Law Offices, I have gained my property back in my possession! They were very professional, responsive, and handled my case with utmost attention. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Holdover squatter case, some 25 adjournments, cost me $8k and 3 yrs. Both Mizrahi and Dimitry represented me. Starting from the third year, I requested to attend the hearings myself just to see how they represent me in court. I attended 6 hearings. They did not fight for me, they just let the opposite lawyer and the judge keep adjourning the case indefinitely. Dimitry, for one time, even requested the adjournment to be 2 weeks further out on top of the 6 weeks the squatter requested, just to make it convenient for him to attend multiple hearings in that day. To be fair, this hellish experience was 90% attributed to the pro-tenant court system and judges. I burst out twice criticizing both the judge and court system. I was staring at the judge the whole time, but the judge won't look at me in the eye for 1 sec when I was in court. Regarding Mizrahi's service, they are careless, self-serving and money hungry. Every time the case is adjourned, it's $250-$400. 3/20/24 Update: After reading their response to my post, I understand how they respond to negative comments. They randomly refer favorable cases to mislead readers. The case they referenced is not my case. To be fair again, 90% of this agony was attributed to the pro-tenant court system. But my low rating for this firm is because of their carefree attitude. The reason why I did not terminate their legal representation was because if I did I would have to file the eviction again with another firm and go through whole process again. And this is the DOWNSIDE when you hired a wrong lawyer when you have paid the legal fee, and half way through the process. Do you want to fire the lawyer or start the whole process again? They did charge me $8k+ and 25+ adjournments. It's almost like their way to make money is to get cases adjourned as many times as possible. Because they did not argue or fight back against the outrageous repetitive requests of the defense lawyer or judge time after time. Instead of misleading readers, please try to improve your business practice and have more care for your clients. If a hospital practice like your firm, patients will come out worst than when they enter the hospital. People come to you because they trust you. Please don't try to take advantage of people in trouble.
