  • A Milwaukee county assistant district stated to my family, they could NOT speak on the past when my nephew was being abused and can only speak on this one particular case even at the sentencing phase. If a child has been a victim of abuse and a woman is a victim of DV, why wouldn’t they speak about years of being a victim? THE REASON WHY PEOPLE DONT WANT TO COME FORTH IS CAUSE OF THE OPEN AND CLOSE MAKE A PLEA BARGAINS. - DONT NOT COOPERATE WITH THIS OFFICE. You as a victim will feel you been railroaded.
  • Why would this man still hold office? His policies lead to Darrell Brooks being out on his low bale policy and Chisholm knew that his policies would lead to innocent people being killed, John Chisholm spoke the words that he knew his policies would lead to criminal activity! I hope Milwaukee citizens see what this 'wokeness' is really all about! And to top it off, Mr. Chisholm is not man enough to own his own policies and their devastating consequences, he blames the DA Assistant . People, be careful who and what you vote for, because voting has consequences! Why would someone with this type of 'woke" garbage policies ever have been voted in office?

  • Jerry Smith Jr. was shot by Milwaukee Police in August of 2017 while unarmed. Smith, who was holding only a cell phone, is seen spreading his arms and going to the ground when police opened fire in a newly released body camera video obtained by Milwaukee’s Fox 6 News. Prosecutors determined that the shooting was justified after two officers said they believed Smith was armed and they were in danger. This young man had no priors and is wheelchair bound. Justice system is a failure and the prosecutors office proves they are corrupt and cowards just as the Milwaukee police and have no accountability at all! Why have your mission statement on the website and honor nothing of it!? If your too scary and easily spooked why join the force? The video is very very disturbing!! Citizens of Milwaukee really need to vote articulately cause this office is straight trash!!!! Read this and google this case....A pair of former Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) each face a charge of misdemeanor attempted misconduct. They are accused of mishandling a case -- and then dropping the charges to cover themselves. The accused are Kristin Schrank and Antoni Apollo. This is just plain proof of corruption and this is only "1" case where this office was caught, but this office is handling police shootings?!? This office disrupts lives and obviously doesn't takes people's lives serious, to them it's honor amongst thieves (Prosecutors office and Milwaukee's Coward police dept.) robbing innocent people's lives!! Who oversees the prosecutor's office because change starts from the head.....Do background checks before voting, not based on education but by the fruits of there labor and this office is rotten to the core!!!! Keep in mind both cases with Jerry Smith Jr. And the 2 corrupt ADAs happened in the same year in 2017....go figure.....

  • This DA chose not to charge the young man who hit and killed my friend Joe Daniels, former Marquette Business Dean, with "hit and run causing death" in February 2020 even though the young man obviously "ran" by talking his girlfriend into saying she was the driver. Why are people of Milwaukee willing to put up with this DA?

  • If you are a criminal this is the office you want handling your case. Cheap bail. Mr. Brooks got out for 1k and graduated to allegedly mowing down Christmas Parade full of kids and old people. You are responsible for broken lives and bodies and kids innocence.
