The person(s) at the front desk answering phones are extremely rude, hateful, and self-righteous. The person, Sara? Darcy? (They were cagey about even giving their first name) but were not cagey about lecturing me and threatening to not allow me to retrieve my property. They know nothing about the people who call in or the specific circumstances behind a case, yet feel self-righteous and entitled enough to actually lecture a person calling for help. I was definitely and rightfully frustrated about the way they went about taking my vehicle, but did not curse nor call the woman out of her name, yet she still felt comfortable enough lecturing, threatening, and being nasty to me because, according to her, I had an ‘attitude.’ Had to ask several times for details about how to retrieve my property and instead of answering promptly, the woman was silent for a while and then said she was putting notes in my “file” and then proceeded to threaten to withhold my personal property because of my ‘attitude’ once again. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and pathetic.

I would give a negative star if I could to be nice a zero star rating. They don’t give office hours and the number given doesn’t work. It’s in a apartment building so where is the office that you can get to and talk to them. Where is their impound yard to keep the cars safe from being broken into?

Dealt with 2 people from here and they were the most helpful , honest, and friendliest tow employees ever. No issues and no hassle.
