Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC Introduce

For local users in Miami, Florida, seeking legal assistance with bankruptcy under the category of "Nearby Lawyers," Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC, located at 13831 SW 59th St Suite 201, Miami, FL 33183, USA, is a potential option. They can be reached at phone number (786) 347-7804 or mobile phone +1 786-347-7804. However, it is crucial for prospective clients to carefully review the available feedback from previous clients to make an informed decision about their legal representation.

The online reviews for Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC, while limited in number, raise significant concerns regarding the firm's practices, communication, and professionalism. Both available reviews detail highly negative experiences, which potential clients should seriously consider before engaging their services.

One client reported an initially positive experience, stating that things "were great" at first, leading them to go outside of their in-network legal insurance due to trust in the firm. This client was promised a list of all services and prices to submit for partial reimbursement from their legal insurance. However, the situation deteriorated due to a "lack of communication" and a change in attorneys to an in-network option. When this client attempted to obtain the invoices for the services rendered, they were charged $200, and it took "nearly a year" to receive them. The client reported being repeatedly told that the invoices needed to be retrieved from storage, only to eventually receive a single file via email. This experience led the reviewer to conclude that it "demonstrates poor character" and to advise others to "look elsewhere." The difficulty in obtaining billing information and the extended delay suggest potential issues with the firm's administrative processes and client communication.

The second review expresses even more severe allegations. The client uses strong language, calling the lawyer "shameless" and accusing them of attempting to "scam several clients." This reviewer claims they paid $2,200 for a bankruptcy case but then experienced a complete cessation of contact. They allege the lawyer "doesn't answer the phone, doesn't show up and his office is closed," claiming the lawyer "left without giving notice and without showing his face." This client further states that they have reported the lawyer to the Florida Bar and ACAP, requesting an investigation for "being a thief" and demanding the suspension of the lawyer's license or a significant fine. The reviewer also urges others who have had similar experiences to file a report. These are extremely serious accusations of professional misconduct and abandonment of clients.

Based on these two highly critical reviews, it is impossible to provide a positive description of the environment, services, or features of Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC. The recurring themes of poor communication, administrative issues, and, in the second review, allegations of abandonment and unethical behavior, paint a deeply concerning picture. There is no information available in these reviews to ascertain the specific areas of bankruptcy law the firm handles, the size of their practice, or any unique features they might offer that could outweigh the significant negative feedback.

Given the severity of the allegations, it would be inappropriate to speculate on any promotional information for Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC. The negative experiences shared by these clients serve as a strong warning to potential clients. The lack of any positive reviews or other publicly available information to counter these claims further underscores the need for extreme caution.

For local users in Miami, Florida, who are seeking a bankruptcy lawyer through the "Nearby Lawyers" category, the available online feedback for Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC should be taken very seriously. The reported issues with communication, billing, and the grave accusations of client abandonment and unethical conduct warrant significant concern. Potential clients are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering engaging this firm for their bankruptcy needs. This due diligence should include seeking reviews from multiple sources, if available, verifying the lawyer's standing with the Florida Bar, and potentially consulting with other bankruptcy attorneys in the Miami area to compare their reputations and client experiences. Choosing a lawyer who is reliable, communicative, and ethical is paramount in navigating the complexities of bankruptcy proceedings. The information currently available for Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC raises serious doubts about their ability to provide such representation.

In conclusion, based on the limited but overwhelmingly negative customer reviews detailing significant issues with communication, administrative practices, and serious allegations of professional misconduct and client abandonment, it is strongly recommended that local users in Miami exercise extreme caution when considering Miami Bankruptcy Center, PLLC for their legal needs. Potential clients should prioritize finding a bankruptcy lawyer with a more positive and verifiable track record of providing ethical and effective legal representation.

At first things were great, even went outside of my in legal insurance because I trusted them. Was promised a list of all services/prices provided, to submit to my legal insurance, to be reimbursed 50% (instead of 100% in network). Things went south due to lack of communication and changed attorneys (in network). When I attempted to obtain the invoices I was charged $200 and it took nearly a year to receive. Was told repeatedly "we have to retrieve it from storage" in the end they emailed me a single file. This demonstrates poor character in my opinion, look elsewhere.

This woman is shameless, I still can't believe that a lawyer would allow herself to scam several clients. Wow, what a low level of ethics and everything. He was paid $2,200 for a bankruptcy and now he doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't show up and his office is closed, he left without giving notice and without showing his face. We already reported her to the Florida Bar and ACAP and they are going to investigate her for being a thief so I don't want anything less than that they suspend her license or give her a fine bigger than her head for a THIEF!!!! So if the same thing happened to you, REPORT IT!!!!!
