Greg Madalie was very empathetic and sympathetic regarding a very difficult family issue that included my concerns and feelings. In the end, I didn't use his expertise at this time, but will definitely in the future should circumstances change.

I recently contacted Kathleen Molchan with Medalie & Medalie to assist my business in a commercial real estate transaction. My experience has been extremely positive. Although I have enjoyed excellent results in working with the firm on business matters for several years, this recent transaction involved, in my view, complex issues that required specialized legal skill and knowledge, good real estate experience, and effective negotiation. Choosing Kathleen to represent my business was the right decision. The transaction proceeded smoothly on an aggressive timeline and Kathleen kept me informed and involved throughout. I highly recommend Kathleen for her professionalism and expertise.

As the PR for my mom's estate, I hired Greg as the estate attorney. Greg did an exceptional job on the estate, was always prompt with answers to questions and courteous. He has a sharp eye for detail and managed to uncover money which was owed to the account by the IRS which the estate's accountant had missed. I would highly recommend Greg.

n 1994, my parents hired Donald Medalie to manage their living trusts and paid fees until my widowed mother passed away in 2020. However, Medalie & Medalie failed to honor my parents' written wishes for their children, grandchildren, and charities. Donald retired, and his son took over, mishandling the estate and then quitting before settlement. It's hard to believe that this could happen. I don't want to hold ill will towards anyone, but I feel morally obligated to share my experience and then let it go. You can read our correspondence at http://bit.ly/SloppyGreg. It was a staggering six months after my mother's passing that the envelopes she had intended for her children finally reached us, only after we had inquired about her possessions. Greg's excuse:  "I recently found [them] in our safe." The letter she wrote about how she wanted her family and friends to remember her, including her funeral arrangements, took over a year to appear! Greg's excuse: "When I've looked at Linda's personal property list on my computer, I didn't realize it had a second page with a message," despite her numbering the pages. After many frustrating years of politely trying to get answers and receiving evasive replies, I contacted the Florida Bar for assistance. Weeks later, attorneys Greg Medalie and Kathleen M. Molchan of Medalie & Medalie quit before fulfilling 20+ years of estate work. I learned from the Florida Bar that the only way attorneys can be held accountable by someone who isn't their client is to sue them.  I don't want to spend any more time or my parents' hard-earned inheritance dealing with this heartache. However, I feel a strong obligation to inform others. Last but not least,  In his legal filing for substitution of counsel (you can't make this up), Greg misspelled the name of the court 🤦🏼‍♀️ http://bit.ly/SloppyGreg
