I highly recommend McMillian, Psaroudis, & Markey. My last 2 closings were handled by Attorney William Wallace and his Para-Legal Cindy. Each closing was flawless, fast, and efficient. It’s a great feeling to go to closing without any hiccups.

This attorney’s office is HORRIBLE! My builder used them for the closing process. First, the CD was sent the day of right before the closing, which I have never seen. In previous cases I have always had it at least 3 days before. The attorney was rude and racist! He walked into the closing disgusted and I never felt welcomed from the get go. I would never recommend anyone to use their services as I personally will be escalating my issues further and to the Better Business Bureau

We've used McMillan, Psaroudis & Markey for the majority of our real estate transactions going on almost 6 years now. They treat us wonderfully and we highly recommend them - there's a reason we've continued to use them over the last several years!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Real Estate Agents/ Brokers stay away! I’ve been waiting now for over a week to receive commission from a closing because they didn’t do their job by checking to see if wire instructions were on file which was confirmed by the owner Ralph McMillan that they had it for 60 days from previous closings. Because of this, they sent a check that got lost in the mail! Their paralegal Alicia didn’t do her due diligence by checking for wire instructions instead stopped answering my calls in regards to the situation! At no point did Ralph or Alicia take accountability for not doing their due diligence to ensure a smooth closing but Ralph was rude on top that when I called them out about sending a check when they clearly had the wire instructions from the very beginning! If you want a smooth closing and be paid out after your hard work. I suggest going elsewhere because they will NOT due their due diligence to make sure everything is done the right way the FIRST time!

Given these conflicting accounts, it is difficult to definitively characterize the firm's overall features and approach.
