Martin represented my sister recently. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable, but kind and empathetic at the same time. When I made the initial call to him he offered to meet with us right away, with no obligation if we chose not to hire him. I had called one other attorney before this, and there was no offer to meet, just a conversation and then he offered to email a Retainer. Once we met with Martin, there was no way we were going to hire anybody else. The fee was the same as the first attorney, and seemed high at first, but it wasn't. He absolutely earned every dime.
