We purchased a home from a local builder who barley completed the home which has multiple issues. We were referred by another attorney Bruce took our case never but never contacted the other attorney. They put together a notice which had already been sent to the builder, when I started to ask questions and not agree he dropped my case after 12k of Fees and inspections. We suggest you do your homework with this lawyer. They are rude and not professional in any way. I have been in the construction industry for twenty years as owner people like Bruce Loren just want you money he does not care about defect right or wrong.
Loren & Kean Law exhibited true professionalism, honesty, and integrity during the course of time I engaged their services for a real estate matter.
