Sconzo Law Office, P.A.

I can not warn the public enough NOT to use Sconzo Law Office for their needs. I hired Mr. Sconzo for a wrongful termination case and have regretted it ever since. He has very poor communication skills, seems to get confused over details we discussed and completely blew the case. He is very unprofessional and has no sense of urgency. He accepted my case understanding my concerns and then tells me three months into it that if I want to go to court with this, that I will have to hire another attorney because he's not going to. Once he saw that he could not bluff his way into a win, he said he could not represent me anymore. I now have no case because of his misrepresentation. I even went as far as filing a complaint with the Florida Bar, that's how upset I was about his actions throughout the time he was representing me.

I cannot express the resentment and regret I’ll feel for quite some time after using Greg Sconzo for my Aviation Whistle Blowing case at Palm Beach International Airport. I told him from the beginning this case is bigger than and not about money. It was about justice and safety for my colleagues and the aviation community!! The things I reported to the FAA, and then terminated for doing so, were very serious and a huge problem all over the country let alone here in south Florida. I went through NINE MONTHS of turmoil with this firm because it seemed Greg was forgetful about the gravity of the situation, the timeline of events (despite me giving him an extremely dated/detailed 6-7 page document outlining what happened) and just flat out didn’t have the kahunas to be passionate about this issue as I was. His communication was very poor, I felt ignored, stressed out and at numerous points considered getting a better attorney! The aviation company’s owner had already owed over $25MILLION in restitution for previous fraud, and I IDIOTICALLY felt pressured and out of fear of Greg warning me about his fees and bla bla bla if we went to court. My wife and I went through HELL for over a YEAR dealing with this problem. My goal was to make a difference in Aviation, have the company blacklisted, shut down etc pending an FAA investigation as the local FAA authorities were aware of the problems and conducting their own investigation as well given the veracity of my concerns and evidence. I was sick of the battle and didn’t want to start over with someone who had more FIGHT IN THEM to do the right thing- so I regretfully settled to a horrible agreement that I cannot further discuss. NOW, I’m being blackballed, will probably never return to PBI because the company has violated so many EEOC and agreement regulations/rules that my name has been tarnished - I’m an honorable Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University graduate with 20+ years of Aviation experience and feel SO FOOLISH !! And now that I want to go after the company for retaliating against me and blackballing me, Greg has taken his FORTY PERCENT of the settlement, ignoring me and just doesn’t care how bad we messed up. I regret this so bad and all I was left with was LESS THAN A MONTHS PAY AFTER EVERYTHING MY FAMILY and I WENT THROUGH. Nothing was accomplished and I wanted this case to be made public, I wanted the details of what’s going on in the aviation industry TO COME TO LIGHT!!!! Now, it’s just one of the biggest regrets I have to live with until the Good Lord can help me let it go! It doesn’t take a law degree to tell the truth and I knew more about aviation Law than him and he just didn’t understand how serious this was. I mean look at the BOEING whistle blowers, THEY WOUND UP DEAD! This wasnt some burger flipper reporting rats in McDonald’s , THIS WAS HUGE!!! I should’ve taken a stand and told Greg to grow a pair or I’ll find someone that already has the gloves off ready to stand up for PUBLIC TRUST THAT IS BEING BETRAYED FOR A QUICK BUCK. Every week there’s a serious airplane crash and these are just the ones that make the news, papers and social media! I’m still trying to find an attorney to help me out but it sure as heck isn’t Greg Sconzo! Shame on you Greg. No response to this true and correct review will change my opinion or make me think we could not have MADE A DIFFERENCE!!! I’ve of course moved on to a much better company, position and much better pay but still passionate about my field and making sure aviation is SAFE!! I guess all I can say is gee, thanks for the 2 months of no truck payments, - huge regret.

I just want to say this law firm "The Sconzo law firm" to me was the most comforting understandable, informative, kind, very business oriented firm anyone can and would rate a five star rating once u are a part of their family. Yes, they don't just make u feel confident and believed they make you feel like family. I just want to thank the"sconzo law firm" for believing in me, understanding my situation knowing how I felt, didn't know what was aheaded of me the sconzo law firm made .my experience peaceful. I wand to thank Mr. Greg, Ms. Perry andl my angel mrs.samantha who truely put her strong belief in the firm, which gave me the strength to step out on faith and trust "sconzo law firm". Not only is Greg Sconzo genius-level knowledgeable in every facet of employment law, he is so compassionate and really listens when you talk to him, these are all rare qualities for an attorney. And when he talks...others are definitely listening to him as well. He has an amazing reputation for standing up to big companies in court while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism with the opposition. His skills strike a balance that can facilitate a swift resolution of whatever employment issues a person is facing. Anyone with a job in Florida, needs Greg Sconzo on their side.

I owe Mrs sconzo a apologie, I got upset at her and her law firm out of anger recently while searching for a contingent employment discrimination/negligence attorney over the last few days, I have been blindly transferred, rudely hung up on, and ask for a bunch of money from other firms, just to find out if I might have a case... The sconzo law firm did not treat me like those other firms i called "just a few by the way" , and the sconzo law firm offered a free consultation for my possible case but requested a intake form to be filled out, will do! thanks for your time.
