This is not the law firm that I recommended to a grieving Foreign National to assist with the management of his late father’s estate! The mismanaged international estate is much too complex and legally complicated for such inexperienced legal practitioners. The estate has a documented value in excess of $135 Million Dollars. The incompetent debt collectors Jeffrey Perry O’Kelley and associate lawyers Lesser, Lutrey, Pasquesi, and Howe, pretending to be experienced Estate Litigators after two years of unsuccessful lawyering only assess the estate at $70 thousand dollars. Unfortunately, this “Prolific Whistleblower”, Legist, Laureate, Juristician, involuntarily licensed to practice law in five states has been circumstantially compelled to sue the Foreign Estate Administrator, the Estate and the five corrupt lawyers for Civil Rights damages and liabilities that will exceed the unreported value of the estate. The Estate, Creditors, and Heirs will be left with nothing at all! The US Attorney and the Attorney General for the Department of Justice and the State of Illinois have been asked to investigate the federal civil rights violations, fair debt violations and the apparent fraud on the court. The matter is now criminal. I am so sorry that I referred this unscrupulous association of Bandits to the innocent adult children of the deceased! May his soul rest in eternal peace!
