My experience with Mr. Cummins has been exceptional. He's a very professional and compassionate human being. He has helped me navigate the divorce process and helped ease the stress that I was anticipating from the ordeal. As a member of our country's armed forces, I highly recommend him to my brothers and sisters in uniform and anyone else looking to have the best possible representation. I am able to put my trust in him 110% knowing that even though I was not able to attend court because of health complications, Mr. Cummins was there to provide his knowledgeable, honest, and highly professional services on my behalf. I would also like to highlight that he provides very reasonable prices for the level of service that he provides. I hope that anyone who reads my review is willing to put his or her trust in Mr. Cummins as I have, I highly doubt that you will be dissatisfied with his results and service.
This Attorney used up my $1500 retainer in less than 30 days. He took on a international divorce case and led me to believe at the consultation that it would be an easy cut and dry divorce. It turns out he had no knowledge on how to file this divorce and charged me for his own research that should have been done prior to him taking on this case. He is old , makes mistakes and is not on top of things and turned very rude to me in the end. I asked him to stop work on the case and he continued to go to court so he could add additional costs on my invoice. No not trust this lawyer , he is a snake. He uses up your retainer before you get your first summary or breakdown of hours so you can not fire him before its all drained. Dishonest, unknowledgeable lawyer.
