The provided information includes several reviews from individuals who have interacted with the Law Offices of Caro Kinsella. These reviews offer firsthand accounts of their experiences, which should be carefully considered by potential clients. One reviewer detailed a situation involving a denial at Dublin airport preclearance and their subsequent engagement with the firm. This account describes challenges in scheduling meetings, a significant waiting time for an in-person consultation in Dublin, and advice received during the consultation. The reviewer expressed disappointment with the advice given, stating it contradicted information found through their own research on the USCIS website regarding their ESTA status. The reviewer also raised concerns about the financial aspect, suggesting a focus on scheduling follow-up meetings. Ultimately, this reviewer did not recommend the Law Offices of Caro Kinsella based on their experience and the advice received.
Another review described a consultation regarding a spousal visa. This reviewer characterized the experience as "terrible" and "costly," stating that they felt spoken at rather than engaged in a dialogue. They reported that the attorney asserted everything they had done was incorrect and predicted significant delays unless her advice was followed. The consultation was described as abruptly timed. Notably, this reviewer chose not to follow the advice and reported receiving their Green Card on time through the standard channels. This individual also mentioned a prior negative review that allegedly led to a threat of legal action from Ms. Kinsella, further advising others to educate themselves and heavily research paid services before engaging.
A subsequent response from this reviewer to Caro Kinsella's alleged reaction to their initial feedback provides further context. The reviewer questioned the professionalism of the response and alluded to emails from Ms. Kinsella's assistant regarding consultation fees and threats of legal action related to the initial review. This exchange suggests a potentially contentious dynamic between the firm and at least one former client.
Considering these reviews, it is challenging to objectively define the "services" and "features" of the Law Offices of Caro Kinsella without direct input from the firm itself or more positive testimonials. The services appear to include consultations on immigration matters, such as ESTA issues and spousal visas. However, the experiences shared raise concerns about the effectiveness and client-centeredness of these services. Features that emerge from the reviews include the availability of consultations (both in person and via phone), the involvement of an assistant in scheduling and communication, and potentially a focus on securing the client's business for further paid services.
There is no promotional information provided in the text. The reviews, in their critical nature, do not offer any positive aspects that could be construed as promotional. Instead, they serve as cautionary tales for potential clients.
For local users seeking a "Nearby Lawyer" for immigration matters and considering the Law Offices of Caro Kinsella, it is crucial to weigh the information presented in these reviews. The experiences shared highlight potential issues with the quality of advice, the consultation process, and the overall client experience. The fact that the listed address may be a virtual office setup is also a factor to consider in terms of the firm's physical presence and operational model.
Given the serious nature of the allegations and negative feedback in the provided reviews, local users are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging the Law Offices of Caro Kinsella. This could include seeking additional reviews from other sources, verifying the firm's credentials and standing with relevant bar associations, and potentially seeking initial consultations with multiple immigration lawyers to compare their approaches and expertise. Educating oneself about the specific immigration process relevant to their situation, as suggested by one reviewer, is also a prudent step.
In conclusion, the Law Offices of Caro Kinsella, located at 245 Park Ave floor 39, New York, NY 10167, is presented as a "Nearby Lawyer" for local users. However, the available reviews raise significant concerns regarding the firm's services, advice, and client communication. Contacting the firm directly at (954) 304-2243 or +1 954-304-2243 may provide an opportunity to gain the firm's perspective, but the negative experiences shared by previous clients warrant caution and further investigation.

Firstly, I'm sure plenty of people have had success with this office but unfortunately I cannot say the same. After being denied at Dublin airport preclearance for not demonstrating home country ties, my partner and I reached out to the office of Caro Kinsella for help. Her assistant scheduled a meeting for 2 weeks time in the Dublin office at something around $500. My US based partner flew into Dublin, only for the meeting to get moved out by a week later, just a few days beforehand. I was pretty disappointed as my partner had to return to the states. When the day finally came I went to the office myself and waited for over 40mins. My partner was waiting on the phone all this time to join. Eventually I met with Caro and told her my story. She had said this situation was common and refusal at point of entry is becoming more frequent but as I had not received any paper work at the airport and my passport was not stamped, my ESTA (visa which I was traveling on) was most likely not canceled and that it was most likely "immigration using scare tactics". She advised I should try to return to the US via an alternate route to visit my partner. After a few weeks mulling over this and googling I realized I could check status of my ESTA on the USCIS website- which I did and saw yes it was canceled indeed andI was not authorized to travel. During these weeks Caro's assistant had been emailing to schedule a follow up meeting ($$$). When I responded with a screen shot of the the ESTA status I heard nothing back. I realized this office was not trying to help here but just make more money. If I had followed through on the advice I had received, and tried to enter the US I could have been met with worst ramifications than refusal, I could have been blacklisted. Why I was told to "take a chance" rather than providing advice on how to check status of ESTA is beyond me. I'm happy to say we went through k1 fiance visa process ourselves and I'm here in the US with no extra money paid to lawyers. Based on the service received and poor advice I would not recommend Caro Kinsella.
Spoke with Caro Kinsella for a consultation regarding my husband’s visa. We found this to be a terrible, costly experience, and we did not take her advice. She talked AT us during the entire half hour phone consultation, fielding zero questions and informing us everything we had done was wrong and that his visa would undoubtedly be delayed months unless we listened to her advice. The call was timed with conversation ending mid-sentence (like a collect call). Having sought legal advice in the past, it all seemed a bit unprofessional. We received the Green Card on time (literally 3 weeks after the conversation with Ms. Kinsella) going through the proper channels in the end. I must state that this is my opinion of the interaction as Ms. Kinsella threatened me with legal action for a previous, more detailed review. My advice to people that find themselves in this situation is to educate yourself about the process as much as possible before seeking paid advice. If your situation is not straightforward, heavily research the paid services available before you engage. Also, the address listed as her "office" is a paid service for a virtual office address with Regus. RESPONSE TO CARO KINSELLA'S 6/11/2019: Normally businesses just apologize and move on, but you defame? Not sure what sort of business tactic this is either, but to borrow from you, it's highly unprofessional. Could this possibly be because it was booked under my husband's name? I guess the extra "research" (see attached) you required for our hour consultation didn't include learning the name of his spouse? I have over a dozen emails from Rebekah K. referencing our call, including the one where she quoted us $3650 (this includes a $2000 "coupon" for Irish citizens) in legal fees to file my husband's Green Card (which we successfully did ourselves) and the one where she threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove my first review. Please let me know if I need to post those to jog your memory.
Caro’s office provided excellent service during the petitioning for my Australian spouse to join me in the U.S. She was always there to help us whenever we had questions or concerns about the process. I was very impressed with her quick responses and see our case through successfully. I would certainly recommend her to others.
