Spoke with Bret Jones on the phone for an initial consultation regarding a permitting issue. He was very professional and generous with his time. I explained the controversy and what we wanted to achieve. He advised that it would be more cost-effective to engage an environmental professional for this particular case and referred me to a local consultant experienced in these matters. Imagine that, a lawyer declining a case because someone else can handle it for less money! My impression of Bret Jones is that he is very fair and solutions oriented. He does what’s best for his client.
