Shauntelle is a true professional who made a very difficult situation a great deal easier by explaining the whole process and discussing every step of the way. She made herself available to answer any of my questions, from the basic to the most difficult. If I wasn't able to reach her she would always get back to me, as soon as possible, with a reassuring answer. Shauntelle is honest, very knowledgeable, has many years of experience and is well respected. Going into court I was at ease since I knew that she did her due diligence and was well prepared. With that being said, she still did her best to keep this very expensive experience at a much needed reasonable cost. I can't thank her enough for working so hard to get a timely and favorable agreed upon resolution.
