Kevin helped me obtain citizenship this year. He was very blunt and didn't sugar coat anything. It was kind of hard to understand the legal terms he would use but he did his best to explain it in a way I could understand. Kevin let me know all the possible setbacks and took the time to walk me through the process. Communication was great throughout; email and by phone.
